It's possible, I made my own a while back, if you just use the same method as sniper uses for his policing tools, you can create a new object entirely. Then you just write a script to spawn it where you aim.

Yeah, the only place I could find it is in the downloads section here, but the link is broken. You could try making it yourself, it's only a few texture edits.

Just get a crown vic with a whelen edge and stick a livery on it. You can change the lightbar colors in photoshop easily.

No. My last computer cost me £650 and I already had the case, heatsink, fans and drives. It isn't the greastest PC either.

Like Unr3al said, 3.0 cards will still work in the 2.0 slots, but you won't get optimal performance.

Are you running as an admin?

1. Go into the GTA 4 folder and locate "LaunchGTAIV.exe" 2. Right click and select "Properties" 3. Select the "Compatibility" tab 4. Under "Compatibility mode", click the box to check off "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" 5. Drop down the menu and select "Windows 2000"

Why don't you do what we do and use the default vehicles? That way, we won't have the vehicles of one clan, and we'll get a decent game.

What exactly is the problem? I don't see anything wrong.

Lcpdfr does not work on xbox. To link them on pc, install LCPDFR and enter your account details during the login screen.

e.g. "police","police2","fbi","feroci"........
