It's the realistic vehicle collisions mod. You can use a seat belt by clicking alt and it will dissapear. Your health also deteriorates if you crash your car. -
@Beckugan1, Could you map it to a transparent template so that I can create a skin for it?

I've had that problem when I modeled cars. Most likely a bad car mod that's causing it.

ASI files do not go in the scripts folder. They go in the Grand Theft Auto IV folder.

The problem is that the police station is the in-game lawyers office, and would need to be edited to add the lockers which could cause problems when installing.

The problem with anti-modding and anti-piracy efforts are that eventually it will be beaten. The best that R* can do is make it harder to do so. It's the same with all types of security, it's only to keep your average person out.

I believe they are asking for blank templates instead of the ones with the gradients on. I.e plain with just the outline.

Try reducing your graphics settings a little bit.

You know you can increase the chances of world events such as pursuits in progress in the .ini right? Also, pressing ALT+F11 will often give you a more of a variety of call outs.

@GTASkinCentral, it's possible to change the sound by decompiling the script, and customizing the code, however out of respect for the original author, that isn't the best idea.

You need to edit the handling.dat found at common/data with the new line found in the readme for the download. Are you placing the scripts in the correct places?

Yep, when driving down the highway, I often find they spawn infront of me and drive towards me all the time.....
