I believe that they are assigned randomly in-game and there is no way to determine what they will be.

Disable the ELS for the slot by opening the ELS.ini and changing the "Active=1" to 0. 2) Yes, just rename the files you download to the new slot. for example, you download a car with two files called "polpatriot" if you want to put it into police2 just rename both files to "police2" and then import as usual.

ELS causes the 3 siren cylce modes. Open up the ELS.ini file and change the siren key. ELS also causes the second problem if you aren't using a ELS enabled car. Open up the ELS.ini again and change the settings so that it is only enabled for the ELS cars.

1) The message is a known bug and will be fixed in the next release. 2) The location under the HUD is created by ELS. If you do not have ELS, then the location won't come up. You can press "T" and it will come up on the bottom right of the screen though, even if you do not have ELS.

Also, when you get so far away from the cuffed suspect. It automatically dissapears (though you won't see it) and you get paid. The invisible player bug can be fixed by using SNT to change your model back to a police officer.

The problem with IP banning is that you can't block a single IP without taking out 200 other homes with it. This isn't always the case though.
