Check that the readonly is actually turned off. Sometimes when you just click OK without pressing apply, it reverts is back to its original state. Also, are you on a administrator account as the program files can only be changed by a administrator meaning if your on a limited user account, your changes may not take effect.

Quicktime caused this error for me a while back. Try uninstalling it if you have it then restart your PC and try again. EDIT: It actually could be a bad scripthook.dll reinstall LCPDFR so that it overwrites it with a new copy.

The ENB uses a custom visualsettings.dat and so does the Radiance mod. If I was to install the radiance mod it would overwrite the ENB.

would that not affect the ENB?

Just get any high quality recordings either off youtube or wherever. Then open them up in audacity, which I believe is free and cut and change as you please. Export as WAV then import into your resident.rpf using open or spark
