You won't need a 8-core for sure and I don't know of a single game currently on the market that utilizes 6 cores. GTA only uses 4 however, games that come out in the future will begin to use 6. It's up to you which you get, however it depends on how much you want to spend.

I seriously doubt that there will be world war 3 over a test missile which hasn't caused anyone harm or been found to have been a weapon aimed at another country.

I'm still unsure of whether to get minecraft or not. I don't want to buy it and realize it's not for me. I've played single player and wasn't exactly amazed by it. Is the MP any better?

Yes, I agree that a fully automatic weapon seems the most likely to have been used.

Sameer, I was bullyed when I was in school and I talked to my parents and they were at the school every week, meeting with the staff. I was told to write everything down which happened which was verbal, violent and over the internet. The staff did nothing. In the end I flipped my lid and gave a kid the biggest black eye I have ever seen. It took that one punch to end 3 years of bullying. Now I'm not saying that violence is always the best way to go about these situations and I'm very against it. But sometimes it can be the only way to fix things.

What sort of modding are we talking about,... GTA Vehicles? If so, as long as you don't upload any original rockstar files to the web you should be fine. You should put a disclaimer when they join that you cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to their systems by using the mods that you provide and by downloading they agree to these terms. Seriously though, the worst thing that can happen with GTA mods is that they'll have to re-install GTA IV. Just get them to backup any files first.
