I just sit somewhere and record some test readings to find what the average speed in the area is. Then I just pull over anyone going maybe 7/8 over that speed.

If there are just two files in the .zip ( the .wft and .wtd) then just replace them as usual with Spark/Open and then add +livery at the end of the vehicles.ide line. If there is a .png skin file, install the car and then open the .wtd and then replace the texture.

That isn't NY traffic. that only happens at times square and even then that isn't all the time.

I've got to agree with marine here, 3 bullets would be cheaper than food and a cell for that scum for the rest of his life. Why waste money which could be spent on hospitals, education or god knows what else. I don't condone violence but sometimes there are exceptions. RIP to the killed police chief.

I can take apart a computer as well. But what happens when someone asks you to design a piece of software in java/C++ for a hotel booking system which needs to communicate with other terminals in the hotel as well as the hotel's website. It also needs to integrate with the tills for transactions. What are you going to do then? Since you haven't had sufficient training at a university, are you going to just look into your very limited knowledge on PC hardware? Also, why don't you sign up for the LCPDFR dev team?

You should be able to use Simple Native Trainer and ELS v6 with the scripthook provided by LCPDFR.

lol. I seriously doubt that within "A few days" you knew everything about computers. If so, why do some IT related jobs require a degree? They should just hire a guy off the street, because hey! he'll learn everything in a couple of days.

Pretty much, make it a private game by reserving all the slots and then invite your friends who must also have LCPDFR.

look at the replies in this thread. http://www.tomshardw.../290871-15-5550 You'll definitely be playing on minimum settings with a very low FPS and you'll still probably have lag. Plus, we can't tell what FPS you'll get as we don't know the rest of your specs.

It's usually a good idea to read the readme.txt that is included with the download. Pretty much all of those mods come with one which contain installation instructions. I'm not going to go though where to put each file though if there is one or two mod without a readme then I'll happily help. Go and look at the readme's for now though.

Hi Everyone, Does anyone have a holster model which I can import into a default GTA ped? reason being that I want to make a bodyguard ped that has a holster. Yes I did read your original post, however I still don't see the point in why you would use skype which is for VOIP calling when you have a TS server ready which is designed for what you want to do. Either way, good luck with your clan.
