If you want your taser to actually appear on your belt, open up the "FirstResponse.ini" and change the value from 0 to 1 in the taser section. Then in game, press ALT+T and the taser will appear on your belt. Press ALT+T and the taser will be drawn ready to be used. I have had a problem where when I draw my taser, my pistol is dropped and then if I walk near another pistol such as a desert eagle, i pick it up.
