  1. Yeah, 15 attempts to get a callout suspect to comply and the 1st one that did, my kid comes in crying lol. You'd think it would be safe to do videos after 22:00!
  2. Good work dude! Really thought this would have made it into LSPDFR. I'll be using this for sure!
  3. Hey dude, I did a video showing how you can overcome this. Hope it helps!
  4. I didn't experience this, or rather in my situation, the call out is acknowledged when you get a certain distance from them and the blip disapears. Try driving in the opposite direction for a bit. I found it's essential to do this when you're out on motorcycle patrol.
  5. I hope so Phillips, it would be great for felony stops.
  6. Yeah. I also hope this will be added in the future to LSPDFR.
  7. Exellent update guys! Glitches I've spotted > Seem to be a lot of dynamic AI cop events. City has siren sounds all the time now with cop cars flying around smashing into things. > Backup Cops sometimes run in panic when I pull my gun > I followed an AI backup car in a call out pursuit and it pretty much smashed into every car in its path. > Sunglasses props seem to have vanished. Things dev team probably aware off: >Typing in police computer or radio check activates other assigned keys, ELS etc.
  8. It's still deadly sadly.
EXCELLENT! I found a way to make the red ring invisible! Enjoy!
  9. Hey guys, here's a short 'how to' video on how to conduct a realistic felony stop. If you learned something new, please like and sub ;)
  10. Found this out completely by accident! If you find this useful, please hit the like button and sub to my youtube channel :D
  11. Expectation is a manageable entity achieved through good communication. I don't think it was ridiculous to expect something on par with LCPDFR because I for one had no idea how long it took them to get all the features into it. Given that it was reported by the staff here that GTAV was much easier to work with from a modding point of view, on that basis it's not a difficult to imagine (as a non programmer) that some things that were difficult and lengthy to implement in LCPDFR were much easier to implement in LSPDFR. Most of us had no idea. My point is, expectations were high for a reason and those expectations could have been managed with better communication. If the dev team had come out earlier and said something along the lines of 'guys, the 1st release won't include pedestrian interactions' etc etc instead of all the cloak and dagger mystery, then people's expectations would have been much lower. Now you can say it's ridiculous, but the doesn't alter the fact that expectations were high.
  12. Appreciate the update. With my honesty hat on, I'm going to say this.... The mod is great, and what it lacks can be made up with imagination. Going forward I'm confident features will be added as more is discovered about the code. If people are disappointing, I suspect it's down to the lack of information that was given during development of the mod. Expectations were extremely high and comments by some of the staff about how much better the system was to work with compared to GTAIV lead me personally (and I suspect others) to believe we were going to get something even better than LCPDFR in terms of features or at least on a par. To me, that's a disappointment and I can't help feel the hype train was allowed to speed on unchecked, but it is what it is and I'm grateful to the team for what we have, especially knowing 'now' the difficulties faced. I think if the team had made it clear throughout development that this was not going to have the advanced features of LCPDFR, there would be less complaints.

  17. These seem broken. In future updates would like to see selectable police animations from within LSPDFR as demonstrated in this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S70XI_3D19o
  18. Yes, I think that's been the difference. Before LSPDFR I was using vehicles spawned by the trainer. They never got jacked. The ones getting jacked are the ones selected at the start of duty within LSPDFR. Since spawning with trainer again, problem solved.
  19. It's odd. I've played the game using the trainer as a cop for many hours and it's never happened. Now, quite literally it's happening everytime I leave my vehicle. Here's an example: Skip to 1:05
  20. Hey guys Not sure if this is part of LCPDFR or something else, but in the past hour I've had 4 random peds get in my car and drive off when I'm conducting a traffic stop. More often than not I've been locked in an ambient animation so unable to actually stop them. Is this part of the LCPDFR coding?
