  1. That won't solve the ultimate problem he is facing now, though. His vehicles should be showing up, but aren't. Granted, maybe his mods folder is broke, but Albo's modding DLC would just be a band aid.
  2. You're welcome, and good luck. :)
  3. Can you please PM me the one you're using? :) I'd like to give it a try.
  4. Maybe there was an update that addressed this, but the last time I used FMC, which was a few months back, I asked and was told FMC was not compatible with ELS.
  5. Go through all your patchdays and x64e. Delete every instance of ambulance.yft, ambulance.ytd, ambulance+hi.ytd, and ambulance_hi.yft except for the one in patchday15.
  6. You could try remaking your mods folder.
  7. Check out this topic, please.
  8. Your path is correct, there's no reason it shouldn't be loading the vehicles. Does anything else in your mods folder work?
  9. I'm asking for a screenshot because I want to verify you are using the correct path. :) There are two paths that lead into the patchdays and the correct path. I want to verify you've done it correct.
  10. Yes, the modded vehicles.
  11. Please show me where you have them installed.
  12. In OpenIV go to tools-->ASI manager. Make sure ASI loader and OpenIV.asi are installed.
  13. X64e won't work. All modded vehicles need to be in patchday15.
  14. Go to where you have the vehicle installed in OpenIV and take a screenshot of the directory path, please.
  15. Please take a screenshot showing the path you're using for modded vehicles.
  16. Unfortunately, free my controller also removes ELS keybinds.
  17. Do you have any "remove controller keybinds" mods in such as free my controller?
  18. Are you using a mods folder?
  19. It will, but you'll have double sirens. ELS has its own siren functionality. Dpad left - lights Dpad down - siren Dpad up - dual tones B (controller) manual tone / change to secondary tones.
  20. All the ones I linked are full packs. Yes, you would need ELS.
  21. Make sure you've put the vehicles in the very latest patchday. Patchday 3, patchday 10, etc won't work.
  22. There is a map editor, however, I've not used it a lot, so I'm unsure if you can do what you're wanting. https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
  23. No. Officers have the right to respond, but not from their employer. This goes for any occupation. You can respond to someone talking bad to you, but how you respond can mean the end of your career. So yes, officers can respond to verbal aggression, but if it's anything other than "okay sir", "please calm down" or anything that would be defusing the situation, his job is most likely on the line.
