Not a waste of time at all! The reason the lights show up as extras is because ELS uses the extras, which allows you to have traffic advisor only, secondary lights only, etc. Think of your ram bar. Previously, you'd use your trainer to enable/disable this. ELS does that exact same thing except with emergency lights. :) I hope that helps a bit.

Looking back over this thread and your issue, because I'm a tad bit confused on what the actual problem is, I think you're confusing the way the vehicle was configured with being an error. TheHurk designed his pack to work similar to real life CHP. I'm unable to hop in game right now to record a video for you, but go to 1:28 on this video. You will see that during stage 2 lighting, only the blue light and traffic advisor are supposed to be lit.

Now include one of your pack_default folder, please.

Go to the RagePluginHook Settings ---> Game settings ---> Command line switches check "Force Windowed mode" and "Force DirectX11" then save and launch. You can change back to full screen once in game.

When you hold e nothing happens?

Please take a screenshot of where you have the vehicles installed, and please include the navigation bar in the shot.

You have ScriptHookV? Do you have advancedhookv.dll in your main GTA V directory? and you have the ELS VCFs in the actual pack_default folder? Someone earlier today was trying to use sub folders in pack_default, but that doesn't work.

Are you positive you're using ELS models? and are you positive you added the VCF for it?

I don't think your directory path will work. You're using the Steam version, and your path is Steam Games\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V. Mine is C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common.

Now, your directory path. Has this same path worked for you before? Or is this a first time install?

What version of Rage are you on?

You're welcome. :) You can leave the forced directx11, but it doesn't have to stay in windowed. What I posted normally helps with the Rage console not opening and/or other plugins not opening. I was wanting to save the Rage console for last just in case it was unrelated, but I'm glad it solved everything else.

For the console issue, please try this and see if it fixes that and lets you use it. Go to the RagePluginHook Settings ---> Game settings ---> Command line switches check "Force Windowed mode" and "Force DirectX11" then save and launch. You can change back to full screen once in game.

Right click RagePluginHook.exe-->properties-->details. What version does it say?

Start Rage like you were going to play. When the logo opens, click the gear icon in the lower left. Once the settings open, go to the plugins tab and set LSPD First Response to load on start. Then try loading into the game.

Do me a favor and take a screenshot of your GTA V directory, your plugins folder, and the LSPDFR folder within plugins.
