  2. You're right, this can even apply to cops who might of gone into another jurisdiction and have zero authority or law enforcement power in that jurisdiction. If they come across an accident, they aren't going to ignore it. It is their responsibility to help the community. Guarantee he'd be pulling up with his lights on and offering help. In this case, he could've been responding to another call, which was why he was on the highway to begin with.
  3. I've been doing this for almost a year and I still can't read half the shit in the log. Most of the time, it helps to just scroll down to the error and read it. It'll usually say what caused the crash, but a lot of the times it may not, especially if it's a CTD. It really comes down to knowing what to look for, here's an example from my log: [4/6/2018 9:35:10 PM.593] Unhandled exception occurred in console command "ForceDuty" [4/6/2018 9:35:10 PM.593] Exception type: System.Reflection.ReflectionTypeLoadException [4/6/2018 9:35:10 PM.593] Exception message: Unable to load one or more of the requested types. Retrieve the LoaderExceptions property for more information. [4/6/2018 9:35:10 PM.593] Stack trace: at System.Reflection.RuntimeModule.GetTypes(RuntimeModule module) [4/6/2018 9:35:10 PM.593] at System.Reflection.Assembly.GetTypes() [4/6/2018 9:35:10 PM.593] at CalloutManager.Main.?????????????????????????????????????????(Boolean ) [4/6/2018 9:35:10 PM.593] at LSPD_First_Response.Mod.API.Functions.OnDutyStateChangedEventHandler.Invoke(Boolean onDuty) [4/6/2018 9:35:10 PM.593] at LSPD_First_Response.Mod.API.Functions.InvokeOnOnDutyStateChanged(Boolean onduty) in E:\GTA V\LSPD First Response\LSPD First Response\Mod\API\Functions.cs:line 488 [4/6/2018 9:35:10 PM.593] at LSPD_First_Response.Mod.LSPDFR.Command_ForceDuty() in E:\GTA V\LSPD First Response\LSPD First Response\Mod\LSPDFR.cs:line 2153 "Exception message: Unable to load blah blah" This could mean anything, but a clue is at CalloutManager.main This means there is an issue either with my callout manager mod, or one of the callouts. and here was the crash before that one: [4/6/2018 9:35:05 PM.167] LSPD First Response: Unable to load one or more of the requested types. Retrieve the LoaderExceptions property for more information. at System.Reflection.RuntimeModule.GetTypes(RuntimeModule module) [4/6/2018 9:35:05 PM.170] at System.Reflection.Assembly.GetTypes() [4/6/2018 9:35:05 PM.170] at ?????????????????????????????????????????.?????????????????????????????????????????() in E:\GTA V\LSPD First Response\LSPD First Response\Mod\Callouts\CalloutManager.cs:line 528 [4/6/2018 9:35:05 PM.170] LSPD First Response: Could not load file or assembly 'ParksTools, Version=3.0.6298.2824, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The module was expected to contain an assembly manifest. Notice that it says it can't load ParkTools? That means that either the ParkTools.dll is not in your directory, or you're on an outdated version. It takes some getting used to, I'm far from an expert with it, but you'll eventually learn how to look deep into the error message to try and find the problem.
  4. I do agree, it does get old seeing the exact same images day in and day out. (Explains why we're all fed up with Will. ) Featured images has generally been a Content Team task, and with our lack of Content Team, featured images has just been forgotten. I'll be honest, I don't think featured images is an important thing. Yeah, it's nice to show off really cool screenshots, but it's so difficult to maintain with just how many images are uploaded per day. Rather than trying to maintain it, I think the better options are to either a) Stick with the images we currently have and do nothing. b) Get rid of featured images. c) Slowly change pictures to ones that staff unanimously agree are worth featuring. Though, the latter would be a bit too much, 'cause it's still a lot of work just for one section. Another possible alternative to 'featured images' is 'previews' / 'showcase', which is random screenshots that serve one purpose, show off LSPDFR in action. This might be the better option because we won't need to change the images at all or try and worry about "is this feature worthy?"
  5. People who are suicidal and hell bent on dying are almost always afraid to do it themselves. In fact, just because these people don't kill themselves doesn't mean they don't want to die, or it's "not that bad". Even if you want to die, death can scare you. Even if you've had it with life and know for a fact you want to die, you will always be scared and second guessing. You'll always have that thought of 'what if I mess up doing it and fail to die?' Depending on the method, if you fail to die, you might severely injure yourself and be far worse off. I have no problems with people wanting to kill themselves, as I perfectly understand what leads up to said thoughts. The problem I have is when these people are dragging someone else into it, aka a cop. It's so easy to report a dangerous situation and get the cops on edge and trigger ready, and for the cops, as we've seen in the past, even if someone is telling them it's suicide by cop, most of the time they don't listen. It's unfortunate an innocent person is forced to kill someone who wanted to die, but it works.

  9. Your best bet is prowling the vehicle section on here and GTA 5 mods. There are plenty of cars/packs to choose from. :) This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  10. The only incident I've heard recently was Kasperky (or whatever) flagging advancedhookv.dll. Not sure why Windows Defender would flag and delete your GTA. If it does it again, just set GTA as an exception.
  11. It could be, but I don't know for sure. I, personally have only seen this issue a small number of times, and usually is vehicle specific.
  12. You're welcome.
  13. It is against both our guidelines and Rockstar's TOU to redistribute core game files. If you're on an outdated game version and used a mods folder, you can find the original gameconfig in the vanilla update folder. If you lost the gameconfig completely, you can try to verify integrity of game cache. If all else fails, you may need to reinstall. If you feel this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.
  14. Try reverting back to the original gameconfig and see if that fixes it.
  15. Are you using NVR? If so, it installs a DLCPACK named NVR_EMISSIVES. This dlc contains pranger.ytd, firetruk.ytd and sheriff.ytd. Delete these three files from the emissives dlc.

  17. That would be an issue with the model itself. Are you positive it's happening to every single vehicle you download?
  18. That's an ELS issue. Go into the ELS INI and change ELSTRAFCTRL to false.
  19. Could be dirt. Try cleaning the vehicle.
  20. For police7, it might be dirt. Try cleaning the vehicle to see if that fixes it. You haven't elaborated on your title. Define "bugged"? This topic has been moved to the appropriate forum. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  21. In the future, it might be best to ask questions like this on the fivem forums. We don't provide any type of fivem support.
