  4. Except...you can't take it out of context. They start recording immediately, letting us see the situation from start to finish. The only way it could be taken out of context is if they started recording right before the person was shot. You're missing my point with this. Now that everyone is using a camera of some type, all of the abuse and unjustified shootings are being highlited. I would think that everyone would agree this was a good thing that it's out there, that the abusive cops are getting the bad publicity they deserve. You seem to purposely be ignoring the part of my message where I said "there are plenty of good cops". I love good police officers, but I will rain fire down on the bad ones. There's no justifying them.
  5. It's not just a few incidents, and it's not only recent. This stuff has been happening for decades, but it's more publicized now due to how the world is. A good majority of society has a camera phone, and those people whip it out as soon as something looks juicy. I know a lot of people would love to believe all cops are amazing people who can do no wrong, but that just isn't the case. Yes, there are plenty of good cops, but cops doing their job and not being assholes isn't news worthy, nor is it something that should be a headline.

  7. I second TheNinja's take, but at the same time, his mods are pretty good. Police Search doesn't even work now (File page says so, and it didn't work for me), and his callouts are enjoyable. Worthy of registering on another site? No, unless you really, really, really want all callout packs out there.
This has become my all time favorite BCSO pack. The light set up is really nice and efficient, and the texture is gorgeous! An all around amazing pack!

and you installed ScriptHookV to the main directory as well, right? Have you also downloaded ELS enabled vehicles? It'll say on the file page if it is ELS or not.

Lets go over a check list. Please take a screenshot of your main GTA directory. You should have an ELS folder, advancedhookv.dll, ELS.asi, and ELS config.

I don't mean to be rude at all, but based off your posts so far, the main issue you're having is not reading the readmes/install instructions that these files have. Please read the user guide for ELS and make sure you've done everything correctly.

ScriptHookV is a requirement for ELS, it states this on the file page and in the user documentation.

Your topic has been moved to GTA V Support, this is not LSPDFR related. Please post in the correct location in the future.
