75.00 is pretty damn low for the police emissives. Try raising it to 6000.00 during the day.

Could be your firewall or anti virus deleting it. Add the GTA V folder as an exception in your AV first, then try.

Ahh, there we go, some clarification. You really weren't explaining things properly, lol. Regarding EUP, mine is working perfectly fine and I'm on the latest update. Sorry to say, but I think it's a problem on your end. I can't help you with GTA 4, as I've never played the PC version. I'll leave this topic in GTA IV, but I advise trying ScriptHookV and EUP again. Unfortunately, I don't believe there a horn hash for the ambulance. See here - With ELS, it just uses the airhorn of the hash I gave above.

To my knowledge, there isn't an individual horn for the ambulance. I believe it just uses the SIRENS_AIRHORN, which is 0x0EA58C7C

Unfortunately, that I'm not sure about as I have never made a siren before. I know one way to do it is remove other audio files from the vehicles folder, but you can decrease your siren tones to make it work. I'd wait for someone who has messed with it before to post.

The only other way aside from RDE to make your add-on vehicles spawn is by adding them to your backup.xml.

I...uh..I think you're confused. Development on LCPDFR for GTA IV is done. 0.4 is for LSPDFR on GTA V, and everything, including EUP, is working fine.
