    That's a result from ELS. Open the ELS INI, find "ELSTrafCTRL", and set to false.

    Could definitely be the vehicles. Now all PCs can handle 4k liveries if the car has them. or The vehicles themselves could be very high poly.

    My guess is your trainer(s) still. However, have you installed any mod like Basic Vehicle Actions, or mods that would alter vehicle function?

    .lua is not a valid extension for single player. Scripts generally use .dll, .cs and/or .asi.
