  1. Unfortunately, I don't know. I don't make vehicles. I just know that extras are used for toggling things off/on.
  2. Take a screenshot of the following, please. Contents of dlcpack folder Contents of the latest patchday's vehicles.rpf

  4. I forgot to ask, is this happening with all police slots, or only sheriff2?
  5. Trooper Ellis is a bad ass! Got shot, but continued pursuit. During said pursuit, whipped out his rifle and was driving with it at the ready. Kudos to the trooper for a job well done and maintaining his cool!

  7. You're welcome.
  8. See my FAQs here, it is the very first FAQ on the list.
  9. See my FAQs here. It is the very first thing there.
  10. You're welcome. You can use the fugitive handling for it. You can also use police3, but fugitive makes it feel like a heavier car.
  11. OGS may of had a few people, but only one guy worked on Enforcer. I used to moderate their Steam forums back when Enforcer first came out. Reel Big Kris, who was with Excalibur, confirmed this with me, and I had spoken with the lone developer previously on Steam. It honestly doesn't matter who develops what, if it's by a no name developer and a small studio, it won't be successful at all, and will be garbage. Flashing Lights may have some nice features with EMS, but it's still going to be a crappy game that looks like one you'd find on the Fisher Price website. The reason we should limit it to only Triple A devs is exactly the reason we are in now: NONE, absolutely none of the police games that have been released have been any good. Triple A devs may charge us $60, but at least we know we'll get our monies worth. Enforcer, Autobahn police sim, Flashing Lights, all of these games by no name devs and the games are crap. I have zero faith in any of these developers. There are plenty of Indie games that I love, but these Indie devs should never again touch emergency based games. The only GOOD law enforcement game thus far is EmergeNYC, and that game doesn't even have any law enforcement playability aside from the cars. I truly am happy to see other people that are excited for law enforcement based games, but I wish more people would open their eyes and realize this is a never ending trend of developers making bad games because people will always buy them.
  12. @Billy Johnsson Can you please add his Tahoe as well?
  13. *Rolls eyes* Oh joy, another crappy no name developer wanting to make a good police sim but actually won't. Only question is, what exactly will this game turn out like? Enforcer? Flashing Lights? Yeah, no thanks, and no faith. Until a big named developer takes on a police game, I'm going to continue shaking my head at this crap. I'm calling it now: 1) This game will not make it at all. 2) It will be discovered that "Visionary Studio" is using an asset or two from EmergeNYC and everything will be gone in an instant. 3) Studio eventually closes because it's 1 guy. I present, Enforcer, who only had one developer.

  15. The XML is for ELS - ELS requires ScriptHookV - http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/
  16. The FPS drops and crashes are a result of third party plugins such as callouts. LSPDFR by itself is stable both with FPS and no crashes.
  17. Downloads are fast and working good for me. Where are you located (country wise)?
