This goes to both of you - 1) ovilexfan never said if he used a mods folder or the vanilla directory. 2) Not the best idea to immediately suggest a full reinstall. For some people, this could be a day or longer task. If it turns out their problem could be resolved without doing that, you just caused them to uninstall and delete everything for no reason at all. 3) If neither of you used a mods folder, use it in the future! This is your friend and will prevent the need to do a full reinstall. http://openiv.com/?p=1132 @ovilexfan Did you use a mods folder? Did you edit vehicles.meta or carvariations at all? or did you only add the vehicles to OpenIV and nothing else?

That folder houses DirectX related things and causes no harm. Just for future knowledge, they can rename the mods folder to _mods and it'll do the exact same thing of disabling it until it's renamed back to mods.

Quick note for those who don't usually read the descriptions: You can use "CTRL F" to quickly search for the pack/vehicle/author you're looking for. This is my all blue light texture mega pack for ELS vehicles. You can also find these files on my Discord, which is a central HUB for all my stuff. I want to give a special thanks to the authors who included a link to my pack in their file! If you have a model or pack you want all blue or a different color (I will do all red/fire/EMS requests, but those will be uploaded separately), you may request it in the file comments. However, my only stipulation is that I am allowed to post it on LCPDFR.com for others to use. I will not do requests for models that will be private. The only exception to this is fivem communities/packs, see notes below. A couple things to note: Some vehicles have a +hi.ytd that also contain light textures. If I provide a +hi.ytd folder, that means the blue/blue textures need to be placed in the +hi.ytd. This pack was uploaded in 2018, which sadly means that some older cars/packs may no longer be available. • I can do non-ELS, please go to my other file of the same name (except it says non els). However, iff you want a mega pack done for a fivem server, you'll need to PM me on here or join the discord and make a ticket. Install instructions Important note: In case you get tired of blue/blue, back up the .ytd and ELS VCF before installing the textures. I think you might be a tad bit confused. You can't throw a VCF onto a non ELS car and expect it to have all the functions. That is the vanilla POLICE3, which is not an ELS car. The VCF can be used on non ELS cars, but only for the VERY basic ability to use siren tones.

Yet another Silverado for me to sleep with. Absolutely love all the cars in this pack, but the Silverado is just perfect! Since the steady burns were not part of the beta, I was wondering if they'd be a thing or not. Glad to see! Folks, remember to install the carcols!- 16 comments

Yep, most callout packs are meant to work alongside others. Do note, however, sometimes two callout mods may share one or two keybinds. They usually have an INI you can go in to change the keybind.
