Make sure you have all the requirements installed in order to run LCPDFR 1.1 and GTAIV as well, It happened to me multiple times, but I fixed by myself, I was missing some requirements in order to let scriptsHook works. Make sure you installed all the necessary requirements(see screenshot below)

Hi, You can ignored the logfile check, because you can run LCPDFR without fix log file check, this is a common glitch that happened to everyone. When in game, you should press alt + P in order to start LCPDFR mod, then the markers will show on map also shows in front of every police stations. -Peace

Hi, According to your game folder, you are missing MSVCP110.dll file somehow. It is required to run LCPDFR also run GTAIV as well. But I cannot attach this file because it's against our rules.

Hi, By changing the keys in .ini file you have to make sure you followed settings in callouts +, you CANNOT change anything to whatever you want cause you didn't create that mod. Thanks

Downgrade GTAIV to path 1.0.7.0, use English version: https://support.rockstargames.com/hc/en-us/articles/200145406--May-28-2010-Grand-Theft-Auto-IV-Patch-7-Title-Update-v-1-0-7-0-English-1-0-6-1-Russian-1-0-5-2-Japanese- 2. Make sure you have xlives,dll loader, if not download xlives from here: http://gtaforums.com/topic/388658-relgtaiv-xliveless/ 3. Run GTAIV whether by clicking on steam "play" or right click on LanchGTAIV run as admin, test the game working or not. 4. Then install LCPDFR 1.1 by using installer, make sure when choose location, it ends with /GTAIV NOT /GTAIV/LCPD First Response. 5. After finish install, make sure you only use one loader, whether dsound.dll or xlives, if you use xlives, please delete dsound.dll loader, and make sure xlives.dll are located in your game folder, then test the game. -Peace

This also works for 1.1, First you have to add lcpdf_taser to weapon.img by using openIV, then put those files to common - data and replace. You can use photoshop or any software like that to edit light bar.

Did you try to uninstall all the mods you have one by one except LCPDFR 1.1? Then you can find out if the crash was caused by some mods that you installed.

Hi, I just installed vice city rage, gta 4 map mod, everything works well, game play very smooth. But only problem I find so far is that when I use trainer to spawn a ped model, whatever that model is, other than original player model, game will freeze then stopped working, crashing to desktop, because of this problem I can't play lcpdfr1.1, because with map mod there will be no station can get into, only way is to force duty, when force duty game will crash to desktop, because it changed player model to a cop model. Other than ped model, vehicles and weapons model works good. If anyone knows or have any ideas about how to fix this problem please reply to this poster, thanks a lot!
