  2. Hi, First, if you want run GTA IV smooth with mods, special with enbs, you got to have a great gaming pc for best experience, laptop can't handle that much, but if your laptop can run GTA V, then you have to work on your commandlines; Second, you have to work on your commandline, everyone's commandlines are different, because it depends on what pc you have, Also, if you don't have windows 10, don't worry, sick with your current windows version, but remember, upgraded to windows 10 will not make your game completely sable with any kind of mods. -Peace
  3. Hi, Could you post a screen shot of your GTA IV copy with lcpdfr 1.1 installed? thanks, Also, make sure you downgraded your GTA IV to path 1.0.7.0 by using a legit downgrader, Post screen shot for further. -Peace
  4. It depends on your pc system, if over 5MB it's too large, How's your game running?

  6. Hi, If texture start disappear that means this mod does not works for you, please remove it, The reason why is this mod created way too much evens at the same time when you running the game, this caused a game/pc memory losing, game cannot load texture as usual, why texture disappear when select vehicle is the same reason, when you exit station game have to reload all the textures also reload a lot of peds and vehicles as well, even you have a strong pc system, some of those population mods might still caused a texture lost, game is still a game, that can't be real world, You can try to use a commandlines, put in your game folder, but if still losing texture, I really recommend you to remove this mod, then, you can try this mod, also increases cars that will spawn in traffic, and increase a little bit peds population which is realistic, real traffic mod: http://www.gamemodding.net/en/gta-iv/gta-iv-mods/40442-chikamru-real-traffic.html (please select ziparchive, under the green download icon left side) -Peace
  7. Yes, You have to select edit - left click on a vehicle then right click, select replace, you have to replace two files, wtd and wtf. click on wtf file to view vehicle model, After you replaced your vehicle, you can see a file size on the right side of your vehicle file name, make sure your pc can handle those models, so that won't caused game lagging or texture missing or even game crash. -Peace
  8. Hi, After you done with reinstalling, run the game first without any mods, test if game will crash or not, Some mods are unstable due to modifications issues, but I'm not sure why, it depends on many factors, so just stay away from those mods that will crash your game, even harmful for your pc system, After the first test run without mods, if game didn't crash, make sure you download any vehicles mods from lcpdfr website, or gta4mods website, or gtamoding website, etc. because those websites's mods are stable and safe to download, most of them won't cause any crashes expect your pc can't handle a HQ vehicle model, Also, make sure you install vehicles mods one by one, after you replaced first vehicle mod, run the game and test it, see if this vehicle works with your game, don't install the vehicle that will kill way too much memrise, that will slow down your pc also will create a lot of lags, after tested first vehicle mod, then install second one, keep going until you installed all your vehicle mods that you want replace for, Have any questions feel free to reply. -Peace -Peace
  9. Hi, No problem, I found this one, but it doesn't say any details about this model, so I'm not sure it's non-els or els enabled, but from what this model looks like, I think it's an non-els police unmarked vehicle. http://www.gamemodding.net/en/gta-iv/gta-iv-cars/28356-bmw-3-series-unmarked.html -Peace
  10. Hi, The ticket time has a specific required resolution that in order to write ticket and select any options on the screen, What kind of pc you using? Does it support higher resolutions, if you have a gaming pc, if possible try to work on your monitor.
  11. Glad you fix it. Have any issues with GTA IV feel free to ask.
  12. So, If you don't agree with any agreement why you play GTA IV, With openIV can view any vehicles models by click on "wtf" file, I think you know that, Also, when you download a vehicle, whatever you using to replace it, make sure you replaced same vehicle as you renamed it. Good luck
  13. Hey, Don't reinstall game over and over again, you have to find out what caused issue, This is the vehicle mod issue, please remove all your vehicles mods one by one, replace them back with default vehicles, then run GTAIV, test if game will crash or not. After removed vehicles, please download and install any vehicle mods at a legit website! install completed official models! -Thanks
  14. Okay, Which setting you installed? Max settings for cryenb v3? Also, did you try to lower some of your GTAIV graphic settings values? run the game go to setting-graphic.
  15. Like I said, did you try to change the game time?
  16. Hi, First, I'm not recommend you to download those mods, because if you see the commands, also from my experience, it crashed my game really hard, Second, for the voice problem, I have to point out that FIB and SWAT peds they doesn't have normal speech like other cops does, Tired, please replace your peds.die file to original peds.ide file, also, replace ALL cop model to ORIINAL, then download and install ONE of these uniforms: normal cops(LCPD/NYPD): This one you have to replace peds.ide file, this include all cops model, like fid, swat, CHOOSE what you WANT to install: Please only install one of these cops uniforms above. =================================================== Below are SWAT and FIB uniforms, you can install both of them: SWAT(ESU): FIB(FBI):
  17. Hi, You can try to change the value at enb.ini files or enb settings file, like car colors, sun colors etc. I really didn't know too much about the values of enb settings, I have only changed lighting colors when I used to use game4videosenb. sorry. Also, like I said, change your game time by using trainer, many of enbs special for high settings, at a specific time like noon, morning, the reflections will be super bright. So, if cryenb v3 could't fit your pc very well, I recommend you to take a look at those enbs, they makes the ELS looks really good, also other reflections are really realistic: You can watch a Youtube video for a preview, I saw lot of youtubers using those enbs for lcpdfr patrols, which makes game looks nice. but as always, before you install any of those enbs, make sure you make a backup of your GTA IV game copy. -Peace
  18. Hi, You mean the reflections of vehicles or any other objects? If you use cryenb V3, make sure you put every files in order, choose your setting files depends on your system, This is not a problem or issues for a high reflection enbs, you could install a trainer, to change the GAME TIME,
  19. You mean saved game? saved game works with xlives, you must have xlives.dll to make saved games works. But make sure use saved game file that stable with 1.0.7.0 path.
  20. Glad to hear that. I'm always spent lot of time writing those detailed replies... feel like I'm writing an essay Anyway, it's always a good thing learn from crashes, even though you spent lot of time on it, but who doesn't? As long as you keep trying, stand up from falling and crashing, even #nosleep like a crazy frankenstein, but one day you will realize, as much as you afford, more and more success you get. Peace
  21. Hi, This issue can be easy fixed if you installed anything properly. Before read the first step, make a backup copy of your game. First, make sure you use a legit steam downgrader downgraded your GTAIV to 1.0.7.0 path, which is stable with mods. Second, download lcpdfr 1.1 from this website, use an auto installer, make sure you check install location when you click next, make sure it ends with /GTAIV, not /lcpd first response. After finish install, go to your GTAIV game folder, you should see lcpdfr files in your game folder, also you have a LCPDFR folder as well. Tired, open your LCDPFR folder inside of your GTAIV game folder, you will see a file named "diagonstic tool", open that file and select check your installation, then you will see a window that shows all the requirements that you need, in order to run lcdpfr 1.1. Check this window see which has a red bar, then drag the window to right side make it bigger, read the information what you need to download/install to your pc. IMPORTANT Make sure you only use one asi loader, there are two asi loaders works with lcdpfr 1.1, xlives.dll and desound.dll loader. You can only use one of these, for me I think dsound.dll is more stable, but xlives.dll also works well. After those steps, right click on GTAIV launcher, run as admin, test it in the game, wait for game fully loaded, then press ALT+P see if lcpdfr 1.1 works. If you have any problems with all these steps, please feel free to reply. Good Luck Peace
  22. Hi, It is important that you go back to each step you did and find out what caused problem, not reinstall over and over again. First, make sure you have a legit GTAIV copy from steam, make a backup folder to your desktop, this will be the folder that you going to put mods in and downgraded as well, but always keep your steam original game folder clean, in case anything happened you don't have to waste time reinstall. Second, use backup folder to downgraded, make sure you use a legit downgraded that stable with steam version of GTAIV, after downgraded right click on GTAIV launcher run as admin, test if works well. Tired, you want to install mods to your downgraded game, don't put everything in your game folder all at once, you have to install mods one by one. I recommend you download lcpdfr 1.1 zip file, then copy those scriptsHooks to your game folder, those scriptsHooks are the most stable files to use. Then install trainer, because you already have scriptsHooks when you install trainer, be careful don't replace the same files, use lcpdfr's scriptsHooks. You CAN NOT use two asi loaders at same time, if you use xlives.dll, you can't use dsound.dll, same as if you use dsound.dll then you have to remove xlives.dll. For me I think dsound.dll is more stable than xlives.dll, but which one you want to use is your choice. Please follow tired step to install trainer and scriptsHooks and pay attention don't use two asi loaders, as always, when you install mods make sure you install them one by one, then go back to game and test it, also, feel comfortable with make backup copies of your game, in case you can always go back to original if something doesn't works. Any problems free to reply. Peace
  23. Hi, This is a rock star social club login issue, due to the issue most of players can't login, it depends on luck I guess. So, if you don't want to play online MP, then go to your GTA IV folder, remove paul.dll file to your desktop, then download xlives loader from a legit website, put xlives into your GTA IV game folder, then run GTA IV launcher as admin. This way works well for missions walkthrough and works well for lcpdfr too, but only for single player. Peace
  24. Hi, I'm not recommend to use lcpdfr native callouts, lcpdfr native callouts are really unstable, most likely will caused a game crash or another issues. So right now, most players are using scripts callouts to replace with native callouts, here is a common scripts callouts: There is really no specific way to fix those native callouts, if you want your game stable not crashing on callouts, please try more scripts callouts, just put all the file into your scripts folder, when on duty, press F7 disable lcpdfr callouts, then press alt+delete unable scripts callouts Here is a similar topic about allouts crash: I hope this will help you -Peace
