Update your GTA V to the latest version first, make a backup of your "mods" folder. Then download the latest LSPDFR and Rage Plugin Hook. Check your "mods" folder with OpenIV, reinstall any files if necessary.

That might be an issue with the visual settings. Try to install a brighter ELS lighting mod that replaces your visual setting data.

Which slot did you replace or modify with this clothing item? Make sure to install to a appropriate slot that is meant to be the lower part of your character's body.

Are you using Stop The Ped? Make sure to update Stop The Ped to the latest version, which will fix the LSPDFR arrest bug.

You can use "Traffic Policer" to issue a parking ticket to any parked vehicle. If you suspected a stolen vehicle you can try to pull them over with LSPDFR pull over, then investigate. If they're trying to flee after the pull over, you can hold B to call in pursuit.

You need to install "Traffic Policer" in order for the police smart radio to work. Then proceed with the police smart radio in-game setup.

If you removed it copy this and paste this: Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter = True Leave the way how the lines are arranged, only change the false to true; otherwise it won't work.

Don't delete anything from that .ini file, it will not do anything. Like I said before in another post of yours - if you have set your ambient world event to zero, and you still have ambient events spawning; check your plugin's .ini such as callouts, and disable any ambient spawns.

Your Ambient.DisableEscapedSuspectEncounter is set to False, change it to True.

ELS doesn't have corona, which is used for many non-els vehicles and can be seen from long distance. Therefore ELS lighting will "fade away" from distance. However you can install ENB to enhance the lighting effect, or switch to other ELS vehicles.

Don't remove anything. You might want to check your plugins to determine which one is spawning ambient events.

After the update, ELS does not work anymore, unless its dependencies such as scripthook will get an update.

Edit these in your lspdfr.ini: WorldEvents.IntervalMultiplier = 0 WorldEvents.MaxNumberOfEvents = 0 Also make sure you disabled all the world events in different plugins, by editing the .ini settings.

The audio does exist: x64 - audio - sfx - POLICE_SCANNER ,you will need to put several audio clips together. It would be great if the plugin can automatically activated when your character is killed, with "officer down" "officer wounded" dispatch audio played along with the waste screen. GTA IV LCPDFR has the "officer down" audio played when you die, but I never seen one in LSPDFR over the years. -

EUP menu only works with the actual EUP uniform, make sure you have the EUP uniform installed first.

You can install the outdated LSPDFR+ , and open the pursuit menu change the setting in-game. That will automatically prevent the pursuit AI from driving aggressively.
