Guys im so confusing about download new car pack, so I downloaded a car pack and each car file named police, police2, police3, something like that, so like now I tryna download another car pack and the pack each car files name are same as my old one, so do I need to delete the old one for download the new one?

So today, I downloaded a new car packs and I put them on my open iv mod file, then I loaded my game and it said “Corrupt game data please reboot or reinstall the game gta5”, I rebooted my pc, it still didn’t work, so I decided to delete the lspdfr(except the plugins), then I downloaded the lspdfr back, but now it still doesn’t work, it keep saying corrupt game....... I NEED HELP.
