I don't normally write reviews but this car is by far one of the most detailed and well thought out models I've had the pleasure of driving. The custom handling really makes you feel the weight and size of the car, making driving feel more like a simulation of what these old boats were like back in the day. I highly recommend this one, especially if you're a fan of old school cop cars like this caprice!

  5. I just downloaded and did a quick test of the latest update to LSPDFR. I am happy to report that I was able to retrieve my character from her apartment on 4 Integrity Way when switching to her. I also went to the Grapeseed area where I was experiencing the other CTD and I am delighted to say it seems everything is back in order. Thank you!

  20. I've been trying that one myself, switching my starting location to the police station instead of the apartment helps to a degree in avoiding Grapeseed crash to desktop. Sadly, I cannot get my other character out of her apartment at 4 Integrity Way. Even when I set my starting location to a station on my sheriff character along with character selection to random, in the off chance I can save my other officer from her apartment, the game always start her in her apartment, dooming her to crash to desktop purgatory, in the meantime. I have tried starting GTA V first, then loading RPH after the game is running, and I've still had no luck in getting the one character. LSPDFR always starts on the last character I've played without the CTD.

  22. Hello, I think I may have found a bug that is causing LSPDFR to crash to desktop on the current build(8021). I have manage to recreate the crash consistently every time, that includes with no mods installed or other plugins for LSPDFR. I am able to play LSPDFR and go on patrol as my currently selected officer, so long as I avoid returning to her apartment (And the area surrounding it) in Grapeseed. Switching characters to my officer that lives at 4 Integrity Way causes a crash to desktop when the GTA character swap camera gets to the second close up of their apartment. RagePluginHook works fine in these problem areas when started without LSPDFR being loaded at start up. However, once it is loaded and any character (Both story mode and LSPDFR Characters) go near the apartments. It will crash to desktop. I have tried a number of solutions to remedy this problem, but it crashes to desktop every time. This includes... Disabling Preload all models. Fresh install of LSPDFR build 8021 (manually) Fresh install of RPH that came with 8021 Updating and reinstalling RagenativeUI 8.2 Removing all plugins removing all ScripthookV mods Removing ScripthookV itself Updating my Drivers removing all mods and OpenIV related files Starting RPH in Windowed mode (Which has solved issues like this in the past) Long story shot. The problem seems to be related to the apartments surrounding areas that causes a crash to desktop. I am attaching a recent RPH log along (where I loaded RPH with out LSPDFR loading on startup) in the hopes of this post being seen by the devs and maybe they can find a solution. Or hey, maybe I have missed something, I'm not that ruling out. Thanks for viewing! RagePluginHook.log
  23. As the title implies, it seems that while I am able to now start LSPDFR with version 0.4.5. I have encountered a new problem when trying to go on duty. Simply put, the game crashes to desktop every time without failure when I try to select an agency outfit. I have been able to successfully repeat the incident every time. I had initially assumed this problem may have been the result of outdated/no longer compatible plugins at first (A problem I've had in the past). I therefore removed all of my plugins in my LSPDFR folder and tried again. The problem remained. I then removed my mods folder, uninstalled the asi loader. preformed a fresh reinstall of LSPDFR running it completely on it's own. The problem persisted. I found a work around for this problem. Being unable to change outfits through the police station. I was able to do so in my character's apartment, one article at a time. I then went to the police station, went on duty, was able to select a cruiser from the garage menu, everything works as intended. However, to echo the problems I have seen in other threats this evening. I now have the added problem of the game crashing a few seconds after I accept a call. I have attached an RPH Crash log when the said outfit problem occurs. It also happens when I simply select left or right for a uniform option, regardless of whether or not there is an outfit to be chosen. I know absolutely nothing about programming, I hope I have provided enough information.
  24. The only real way to get to companies would be to not buy their games.
  25. Thanks for the reply Lundy, I will definitely be downloading that Caprice when it comes out. :) There's never any rush, I just wanted to see how one of my favorite vehicle creators was doing. I understand things come up that we all have to take care off. This is just a hobby at the end of the day. Cheers.
  26. Lundy, I am genuinely curious regarding the progress of any new content you have planned for the future. Specifically your Rotary based retro cars. I'm not asking when they are going to be released, if ever. But how the process is going. I see you post the occasional piece of media about them, either here in screens or a video or two on YouTube. From that content you posted, they look as though they are ready to go. However, I suspect that you are somewhat of a perfectionist, based on your posts about other people's content regarding what is correct or not concerning California based vehicles and their equipment. With that said, what else still needs to be done before we see any new content from you? Are their just minor details left? Are you encountering technical issues? Such as problems with the current version of ELS? I confess I know very little about what goes into making modified cars for GTA, but I know it take time as I believe your 1996 LAPD Crown Victoria took you about 7 months.
