Re-download XScanner Pursuit Updates, drag and drop Khorio.Common.dll to GTA V main directory. And update XPU.dll by replacing the older one in Plugins - LSPDFR.

Cop Holster only supports hip holster animation, it does not have an animation for leg holsters. So when you have a leg holster equipped, it will use the hip holster animation.

Are you using the CopHolster plugin? Or are you referring to the LSPDFR holster animation?

Actually there is a way to fix it. Go to MenyooStuff - menyooConfig.ini - open it with notepad. Search "[object-spooner]," and find the following settings: "SpawnDynamicPeds = 1, SpawnDynamicVehicles = 1, SpawnStillPeds = 1" Change all of the values to 0 (zero), then save.

This line in lspdfr - data - Agency.xml defines how many cops will spawn per vehicle: "<NumPeds min="2" max="2" />." If you only want one cop to spawn, you can change the Min and Max number to 1, for every agency. Apply the same change to Agency_eup.xml as well if you have EUP installed. Remove your mods folder entirely - drag it to the desktop, then launch GTA V and change keybinds.
