Right....If you read the stickies (Like your supposed to), You would have read, To run the installer as admin, And to make sure your Directory is not read only, instead however, you decide to post a thead titled "LCPDFR HELP!!?!?!?!?!??!!??!?!?!" Which makes it seem like your screaming at us, *sigh*.....

(Last off topic post) I don't think your understanding me, NO Cracks are supported with LCPDFR, Whats so ever, If you have a illegal copy of the game, And your having issues, Thats your fault, And if this guy is using a crack, This topic will be Locked due to Cracks/Illegal copy of the game, Regardless of what type of crack he is using...

The issue with this is, Cracks aren't supported, Whats so ever, So work arounds are pretty much treated the same way.

Pretty much this, While Im glad your attempting to help, really, I am,But Stabbing in the dark won't help the user, and Re installing is always the last ditch effort.

Yes, The only thing you will need to do is go into their seperate directorys, Such as TBOGT or TLAD, EFLC Directory is just simply all stock vehicles you would see in GTA IV.

RC2 was pretty much a Bug fix update (No doubt it was a large update), It fixed a ton of major bugs, Made the modification more stable, As well as a few other changes, the major game play changes (E search, Trunk search, Tazer Etc) Were added in at the very last minute, I have no idea if they came from any threads coming from the suggestions forum, But as far as any other "Major game play modifications" Coming from the suggestions, Are second most important to the dev team, Making the game playable is #1 from what I understand, I know for a fact that the dev team views the suggestions posted, but %60 of them arent possible, Already have been suggested and denied, or are too complicated to put into the mod, But again, This is just coming off the top of my head discussing with Sam. The suggestions area is for, Well, As stated suggestions, And when you post something, There is no guarentee that everything will be put in, Or even 1 thing will be put it, its always up to the Dev team and how they feel on the subject. Again, The suggestions posted, are always up to the devs on how they feel about it, and whether or not they should be implicated or not, Suggestions help, but they don't always get accepted into the modification.

My statement was due to the fact that this thread is so old, And Sam has made it very public that we are not taking in any more suggestions, Also, I stated its necroposting due to the fact that not only because this post is very old, But users are also posting in here due to the suggestions area being frozen, Regardless whether any of the suggestions ever close to being used in any version, I already said that I'm fine with users stating suggestions in here, due to the thread already being so alive, So I don't understand why your replying to me, Since I was simply informing users how old this thread really is (Its not like I locked the topic or anything)...

If you're in prusuit, And you call in air support, The Helicopters Spot light will automatically come on, And point at the suspect.

Your right, but from the looks of it, hes replacing map textures, which are used through spark iv (original game files).
