To be honest I've never heard of SAPDFR and a quick google search didn't really show me anything so I'm confused as to what you're referring to. LSPDFR is a single player only modification which allows you to play as a Police Officer in GTA V. Aside from that, please do not offer to pay members for modifications. We ask of this in our guidelines to avoid scams and other issues money brings when brought into the mix of mod creation. If this topic is a skin request please let me know so I can move it to a appropriate section.
