While staring up my game yesterday I noticed my ragepluginhook loaded up differently.  Instead of the normal loading screen with just the gta characters changing , the loading screen I had actually had all the files it was loading in the middle of the loading screen on top of a picture . Ive been having problems with seeing the policeradio  , I could hear it but not see it but as soon as I loading it up with the different loading screen everything work fine . please help with any advise

i also had this issue a while back... do you play in full screen mode? or in windowed?... i realized while playing around with mine that it is having trouble reading the resolution. i played around with resolution and full screenand eventually it did pop up smart radio in the corner. Also the RPH loading screen can be turned on and off in the settings by holding shift while opening RPH... dont know why it happened all the sudden like that.

I play in full screen . I also had a problem droping suspects off at the jail I cant see the 2 options to let someone come and get them or bring them in the jail my self
