Can't upload file due to server error!

I don't know why, but every time I try to upload a file, it can finalize the upload due to "server error". As far as I know, my latest file (DEA EUP Pack) isn't the only one that you can see but can't view because of "server error", there are others from other users. What's actually wrong with this website?

Just to add, this file also has an error that prevents it from being viewed.

I can only fix things that I'm made aware of. That being said we'll investigate this now.
