  3. Why buy an entirely new PC for $700 when all you need to do is install another hard drive? Would save you a lot of money as a decent speed 4TB HD is only around $100 if not cheaper. With regards to digital storm it's a good brand, but very overpriced for what you get. Cheapest option you'll hear most PC players state is building your own computer. A PC from DS might cost you $700 but really only cost $300 in parts. Edit: Also it seems the PC you bought has both a SSD and a 1TB Hard Drive. GTA and some mods would only take about 50-100GB. I'm guessing you installed your game on the SSD and not your 1TB Hard Drive. Look to switching your directory of where GTA is installed and you should be fine without having to spend any money at all.

  7. AZDPS rolled out a new fleet of undercover cars to catch traffic violators. They're super stealth and honestly always has me keeping an eye out. I haven't seen the yellow one yet but I have seen blue chargers full stealth. Here's a vid with the yellow mustang to be exact:

  9. What you are describing is not LSPDFR, rather than a multiplayer modification for GTA V either FIveM or GTAMP. The videos or things you are seeing are clans of people who have set up civilians and Police Officers. GTA IV some what supported online LCPDFR, however it was very, very buggy. However some people continued to try and use it last I know. Wether or not it still works to this day is beyond my knowledge. In short: LSPDFR is single player only. Clans Role play using multiplayer mods such as FiveM or GTAMP.
  10. Here is a site with some info that may be useful: https://criminal-law.freeadvice.com/criminal-law/violent_crimes/degrees.murder.htm It includes the degrees, and manslaughter located with a link down at the bottom. I found the site by random so use at your own discretion. In terms of how they are applied is pretty much up to you and seeing what charge fits the bill the best. Hope this helps.

When installing Rage are you selecting the proper folder named "Grand Theft Auto V"? If you could provide some screenshots that'd be helpful too!

  19. You need to update your game to the latest patch when using the latest version of RPH. This topic is in the wrong section and will now be moved.
  20. Truthfully in order to play LSPDFR you don't really need anything else other than LSPDFR. Most install other add ons/mods to flesh out the gameplay. If that's what you're looking for then this thread here is a good place to start: There's quite a bit of mods you can use with LSPDFR, that thread is the basis I started with. The rest I found off of videos and such. Good luck and happy modding!
  21. I'm assuming you're using a third party mod such as Police Radio to check plates. You can change the frequency of flags in the .ini settings. As this isn't related to LSPDFR Discussion, I'll move this topic.

  23. What is your motherboard? That will ultimately determine what GPU you can upgrade to.
  24. That is actually pretty damn cool. One other option you could is just have it detect obstructions and just de-spawn the body/have EMS leave. Much like with the key press to have units spawn closer that could be implemented but quite a bit of work just for one animation that works only some of the time.
