GTA V exited unexpectedly (message)!

Help! I can't play GTA V.

Please gives us a bit more information... try following this guide:

I launched RAGEPluginHook.exe and run as administrator then I waited until it loaded for about like 2 minutes and it pop-up this message. Mods are installed correctly. OpenIV installed too.

Chances are you do not have all the requirements.  Please double check you have all of these, and watch an install tutorial if needed.
