Vocal Dispatch doesn't work

Hi guys! I've just downloaded Vocal Dispatch for Gta5. I 've also installed the lang pack en-US, but it doesn't work. It says that there is a possible error in the locale.

Can anyone help me? I've tried for hours to solve the problem.

At the time, did you request a tow truck? or some type of vehicle?

The error appears on loading phase. So I can't start Vocal Dispatch and ask for vehicles. I can call backup or other things using Police Smart Radio.

Can you attach your log again, please?  For some reason it's not letting me view it.

Try doing a clean install of Vocal Dispatch.  I'm not sure what the issue is with it.

Yes, and make sure you follow the install instructions.

Vocal Dispatch did encounter an argument exception, but it doesn't state why.  The only reason I can think of is that it's missing something.  In your main GTA directory, do you have AutolX3_X64.dll in your main directory?

yes, but I think it is a win 10 error... I have uninstalled en/us and while I've tried to reinstall, it haven't installed speech recognition. It can be this?

Yes, speech recognition is needed.
