  1. You installed SearchWarrant wrong. Read the installation instructions in the README/DOCUMENTATION, and then when you are in-game and on-duty as a police officer, you can use Search Warrant.
  2. All sirens here are compatible with ELS.. http://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/audio/ Realistic American Sirens / Modern Sirens Pack one or both of those have rumbler sirens.
  3. Increase their dB levels (the siren audio files).
  4. Just throwing this out there. Probably not the right light bar.
  5. Or if you individually pick out some that interest you..
  6. Don't be lazy, download some cars that intrigue you. You do not need a 'pack'.
  7. http://www.lcpdfr.com/search/?&q=toronto Search feature is there for a reason..
  8. Press 'G' on the keyboard with the lights and sirens on to toggle the sirens.
  9. This is the API Development forums, not the support forums.
  10. LOS (Line of Site) natives will do the trick. Here is an example of one; http://www.dev-c.com/nativedb/func/info/FCDFF7B72D23A1AC#fntrg-fcdff7b72d23a1ac
  11. A mimic feature Is only a third of the problem. When you make a turn it isn't precise for the AI and AI traffic causes mayhem.
  12. I referenced AI as controlled vehicles/peds and GTAs normal traffic.
  13. I am not going to take the time to post a screenshot of the spot, but my favorite spot is in Paleto Bay, sitting in the gas station/LS customs parking lot watching the traffic light. I like this spot because when people take the right turn off from the highway they are usually flying and sometimes are going so fast that they spin out of control and hit the gate or oncoming cars - it's hilarious lol.
  14. It is very difficult to manage the AI within GTA V, so it is a challenge to create anything where a vehicle is following the player. It probably hasn't been made or continued because the AI is such a hard thing to manage, and is quite unpredictable.
  15. I'll PM you within the next few days.
  16. Yeah those you just have to rely on the vehicle modelers to provide you with the correct information on how to install those. If I download a vehicle model and there is insufficient information I usually just go fetch another model to use.
  17. If I knew how to model in a pepper spray can I would :p
  18. ANY REPLACEMENT VEHICLE MODEL THAT YOU DOWNLOAD CAN, AND ULTIMATELY SHOULD BE, PLACED IN Mods > update >x64 > dlcpacks > patchday13ng >dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf It's that simple.
  19. CaptainCanada sounds cool.
  20. It probably is not possible. It all depends on what Rockstar has for animations and objects within the game. If you can hunt down some cutscene/mission where an officer is holding a radio up to their mouth, then there ya go - send it to a modder.
  21. Honestly I do not think traffic would be much of an issue. You are creating a traffic break, so you just need to keep the Code 3's on and swerve left/right to prevent traffic from passing. Even then though, there is a way to make it so that when nearby vehicles get within a certain distance from you, they could slow down/stop. Although, obviously, that would need to be coded in the callout. It wouldn't really be that hard, I may actually consider it for Toasty Callouts :)
  22. Get Radiance V. After you install it and are in game, go into your game graphic settings and set shader quality and post fx both to high or above.
  23. So from what I am understanding, you want brighter emergency lights in your game? Your English is not the greatest, so sorry if this assumption is wrong.
