[REL] Realism Dispatch Enhanced 3.1.1
The USCG has painted a few MH-65 Dolphins (and other aircraft) in their old liveries to celebrate the 100th anniversary of Coast Guard aviation. So, there are Dolphins in active use with that livery today. I imagine if they want that livery though it would be easy enough to modify the default.

[REL] Coastal Callouts Discussion Thread
Development continues. Recent progress includes: Created method to make a ped swim to the player's boat and climb onto it (not necessarily into a seat). Will be used both for arrests of people in the water and for rescue oriented callouts. Still working on making arrests go smoothly. Have succeeded in detecting when an arrest is occurring on the water, but still working on preventing some of the issues that arise with the default LSPDFR animations for an arrest when on the water. Also working with Albo on Arrest Manager integration to help facilitate these features. Improvements to helicopter request functionality. Major breakthrough in helicopter hoist functionality! I'm now able to make the rope spawn in at the proper starting length, which will enable realistic hoist operations from start to finish. Lots more work to do in this area, but figuring that out in particular was an important step.

I use it all the time while testing, it's not abandoned I just haven't felt the need to make any changes. What isn't working?

If somebody like @TheUniT wants to create a CustomBackup.xml for RDE 3.0 when it's released, to make use of all the peds and vehicles as appropriate for each area, I'm happy to include the XML file with the next release of Custom Backup. Custom Backup now supports setting ped component/prop textures which should give it better compatibility with custom ped models and EUP.

EUP Addons and community modifications
I understand that, I mean from a gamefile editing perspective. It seems that there are, for example, textures a, b, c, d for the vest, corresponding to LSPD, LSSD, BCSO, NOOSE. If I want to add a fifth texture, do I just create texture e? Is it like vehicle liveries where you can just keep adding sign_n, or is there a limit to how many texture variations a particular prop or piece of clothing can have that's hard-coded?

EUP Addons and community modifications
Is there any guide to adding new props and new textures to EUP? E.g. if I wanted to create more vests with different logos for new agencies, is there a way to add on more agencies rather than replacing existing ones? If I wanted to add a different prop that's not an MP prop, for example the SWAT helmet, can I do that? I'm slowly working on figuring this stuff out, but if there's any existing guides or examples that would be helpful.

Spent quite a bit of time today on this after returning from vacation. Lots of work left to do of course, but making progress: Basic integration with Darkmyre's Partner Mod to make partner be the copilot when you rappel out of a helicopter (more to come) Improvements to other helicopter related functions that I can't quite tell you about yet Continued work on making arrests and traffic stops work smoothly on boats Started looking at ped modification - made some basic changes to s_m_y_uscg_01 to give it a retextured version of the SWAT helmet and redesigned the life vest. I'm planning to have a whole EUP extension included as part of the mod eventually, but am just starting to investigate this.

WEAPON_STUN_GUN I believe, but LSPDFR will always automatically give all cop peds a pistol and make them use it sometimes, so I doubt you can entirely prevent that from happening.

Better EMS
Please post a log file as requested if you experience crashes. A future version will likely include an option to have EMS remove dead bodies as well.

New Callout Pack - Ideas Needed
Just to give you a heads up, I'm in the process of developing Coastal Callouts which will already contain just a couple of the ideas suggested here, including a very complex train related callout, illegal port activity, and various person/item in water type calls. I certainly don't want to discourage you from developing any ideas you might wish to pursue, but wanted to let you know that those are already in progress so you can decide whether to pursue those ideas on your own or not. Sounds like an ambitious project! Good luck, and feel free to come chat with other LSPDFR modders on our discord for tips.

Closing Roads
Never create blips in a loop. It causes awful performance problems. Take out the blips altogether and it should work better.

Amazing! Maybe I need to make a wildland firefighting mod haha. Is there a template for this? I'd like to make an Oregon National Guard skin for it, as they fly Firehawks as well.
