  1. Check out the modding guide linked on the download page, it has links to template downloads.
  2. The mod is open source, so if anyone wants to take a crack at updating it, it's probably just a pattern that needs updating. https://github.com/cpast/SirenSetting_Limit_Remover
  3. The March 2026 GTA update does not require any changes to gameconfig.xml. The current version (3751) still works.
  4. These issues are likely due to problems with Siren Setting Limit Adjuster, which will need an update for this game version.
  5. Make sure you are using the correct version. If you are on the latest game version, you must download the update that was posted a few weeks ago. If you're on an older version, use the previous version of the download. The game controls used in the mod were changed by R* in the Dec 2025 update.
  6. Not compatible with Enhanced, as it uses memory patterns which would need to be updated and I don't know what they are in Enhanced. You can edit the textures to change what is shown on the tape.
  7. Thank you for the suggestion, and I'm glad you enjoy the mod. Unfortunately, due to the way the game's physics engine works, it isn't possible to customize how much the tape sags, hence why there are two options for static and moving. The moving does sag more than I would prefer, but that's just how the game handles cloth physics when an object is resized.
  8. A life raft? Do you mean the life preserver ring? Maybe you have a conflicting keybinding, try changing the keyboard shortcut in the INI for the life preserver.
  9. Use this version with more recent FiveM versions added to the manifest:
  10. All previous versions are included in the download
  11. I have just updated the file to correct the issue in the LML install.xml. If you have installed this using LML, please update. If you have installed it manually there is no need to reinstall. No updates are required for GTA V 3586.
  12. Set texture quality to very high in graphics settings
  13. Ah, good catch. That probably explains some of the issues people have been seeing. I'll fix this as soon as I'm back on my PC after the long weekend.
  14. I wish it were easier to install addon file mods, but there's nothing I can do about this. The game is not designed to accommodate adding new content, so you have to jump through some hoops to do so, regardless of what you're adding. Any add-on mod is going to require a gameconfig and heap adjuster, that's just how it is. The point of this mod is provide a police tape functionality for those who want that, and it does so as simply as possible. If you just want to stop traffic, there are certainly plenty of other mods available. For what it's worth, LML is nearly drag-and-drop, and works just fine on the latest game version. You just need to make sure you install a gameconfig and heap adjuster.
  15. This is indeed unrelated to SSLA, DLS, or LiveLights. It just so happens that SSLA helpfully shows this information as a resource to developers. The issue occurs if you have multiple carcols.meta siren setting entries that use the same siren setting IDs, which occasionally happens if multiple developers release mods that use the same ID, or if you coincidentally choose one for a setting you created that is already in use elsewhere. You'll need to find where those siren settings are defined, and change the ID of one or the other siren setting, in both the carcols.meta where it is defined and in any carvariations.meta where it is used. Hopefully you can tell from the log above which settings are causing the issue.
  16. Look at all the rows that say "CONFLICT". Also, when posting very long logs like that, please put it inside a code block inside a spoiler so it doesn't fill up the whole page.
  17. LiveLights does not remember anything when you reload the game. It's really a tool for developers to tweak light settings. It sounds like you have siren setting ID conflicts you need to resolve. The only way to fix that is to figure out which vehicles/settings are using the same siren setting ID, and then change one of the IDs in the corresponding carcols and carvariations meta files.
  18. Possible you just have a siren setting ID conflict. Check sirensettings.log.
  19. No. There was no game content update in this patch.
  20. In the current public release this is not possible, but it is possible with the newest version which is currently undergoing testing. You can access this by joining the DLS Discord server, and it should be published soon.
  21. This is an extremely simple mod that doesn't do anything nefarious. Antivirus software is notorious for false positives on game mods.
  22. Kind of looks like it might be an older version of the model, are you sure you have the latest installed and haven't installed any other mods that might mess with this file?
  23. If you can get a screen recording it would be helpful. Is the crashing happening at some point during the cutscene for dropping off a patient (with the ambulance at the station or at the hospital)? Does it happen as soon as the wheels touch the ground? How gently are you landing? I have heard rumors that there are some issues in newer game versions with models that were exported from older versions of zmod, specifically with collisions when crashing into things hard. This might be related to that problem, although it's the first I've heard of it. I will try to do some testing myself when I get a chance.
  24. Please fill out the support template from the first page of this thread.
  25. I would recommend joining the discord server, where you can look at examples and discuss with other DLS devs
