  1. I haven't tried the SAHP skins. I typically replace each file individually rather than a bulk import; not sure if that's related. In this case the base model has 8 liveries but there were only 6 included in your skin pack, so I reused 1 and 2 for slots 7 and 8. I found that when I resized the PNGs down to 2048x2048 and imported then it worked. Perhaps there's some maximum file size for YTDs or something which it was exceeding?
  2. Anybody else having issues installing this template? I have the model installed to the POLICE slot, and it spawns fine with the default liveries. When I install the LAPD ones from this download, every time I try to spawn the car via simple trainer or the rage console it just pauses for a few seconds and then nothing happens.
  3. Right now when you call code 2/3 backup, the AI officers arrive, run around, then when they think it's good to go they hop in their car and ride off. When you call pursuit backup, the moment all red blipped suspects are in custody the AI officers take off quickly. This isn't very realistic - in a real pursuit situation officers would remain on scene as things get cleaned up and investigated. It it would be nice to have a way to hold and release responding backup. Perhaps just an extra option on the backup menu for "release backup" would work, or a key press. When a pursuit was over you could press that when you're ready to let backup go. With code 2-3 it would just let you mark when you're done with the backup.

Just in time for the snowy holidays, I bring to you an "old school" US Forest Service skin for the North Yankton/Old/Snowy Police Rancher. This skin design was a bit limited because of the very simple template available for this vehicle, but I think it turned out pretty realistic. I highly recommend using this with the Single Player Snow Mod and entering the cheat code (by pressing ~ on your keyboard) "SNOWDAY" to enable snow driving physics. Hope you enjoy! Please let me know if you have any suggestions or requests.
  4. That's looking sweet!! I just uploaded a new version of the animal control vehicle, now with the yellow LED lights.
  5. Just the built in ranger peds. Not all of the clothes and hats show up when you select the ranger in the LSPDFR on-duty screen, so I used simple trainer to change them. Under model spawning, clothes, and then I think I hit the left/right arrow keys and 5 on the numpad while "upper" was selected and when "hats" was selected until I got what I wanted.
  6. Here's the animal control truck. Hopefully I'll have the version with LED light textures available by the time the next wilderness callouts is released. Alex, feel free to use it in any screenshots for the next release! http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/9634-los-santos-county-animal-control-4k/

This is a 4k Los Santos Animal Control skin for the Emergency Utility vehicle by cp702. I created it for the latest release of Wilderness Callouts by @alexguirre which supports customizing the "vet" vehicle which responds to injured animals. It's a full emergency vehicle with lights/sirens, so you could also use it for LSPDFR patrols if you wanted. The design is based on the Los Angeles County Animal Control. I've modified the vehicle textures to change the lights to yellow, and added vents to the utility doors where animals would be kept, to make the model fit the real life vehicle better. If you have any suggestions let me know!
  7. Could be useful for other callouts too... pretty much any of the callouts where you're searching for a person who's on foot I could see possibly using this feature. Super exciting, can't wait to use it!
  8. Woohoo! I'm excited! I just created a Los Santos County Animal Control texture for the Emergency Utility model. I need to make some slight modifications and add a couple liveries, but it's mostly there. Check out the screenshots here: https://imgur.com/a/wEDKS If you can figure out a way (and I believe that you can if anyone can!) to use the thermal camera mode (like the GTA V story mode mission "Eye in the Sky"), it would actually make the missing person callout more exciting and easier in a way. Currently that callout is a bit frustrating because it can be so hard to find the person, although it's very rewarding when you do finally find them. In a real life situation like that, they'd use a heli with a thermal imaging camera, so that could be a really fun callout. You could determine which suitable heli landing zone is closest (Paleto Bay Sheriff Station, Sandy Shores airfield, Grapeseed airfield, or Fort Zancudo), have the player meet the helicopter there, then fly the heli to the search area, operate the thermal camera to find the missing person, then rappel down to them once they've found 'em. I seem to recall you can enable the thermal camera vision mode from simple trainer, so there's probably some way to do it in a callout plugin. Maybe having a key to press while in the chopper to toggle the thermal camera, and another key to rappel, would work?
  9. Thanks for being so responsive to ideas, that's great. I'll start working on a good vehicle skin for animal control. Does it crash with any heli other than the air ambulance, or just any heli that doesn't support rappel? I suppose as long as people know the heli needs to support rappelling it should be good. Any chance we could get an option to set the peds for the heli medics too? Thanks again for the great work on this mod and for being open to ideas and suggestions. Can't wait to see the next version!
  10. This is a great mod. I love playing LSPDFR as the park ranger (and have made a bunch of skins for ranger vehicles), so naturally this is my favorite callouts pack. Could we get a setting in the .ini file to change the vehicles and peds used in the interactions menu? E.g. change the Vet vehicle/ped and change the air ambulance vehicle/ped? I'd love to make a Los Santos Sheriff Animal Control vehicle to replace the vet for example, and would like to use say a Blackhawk or Coast Guard helicopter for the air ambulance. Another callout suggestion would be a rescue operation. There's a heli pad at the Paleto Bay sheriff station. When the callout starts, have the player drive to the station and get in the heli. Fly it to a certain area to look for the missing/injured person, then let the player rappel down to the injured ped and help them.
This is the Charger model we've been waiting for! Yes!! A few suggestions/requests: Make the inside front lightbar (by the rear-view mirror) a component which can be turned on and off. It looks a bit silly having the lightbar on the roof and the interior lightbar up front. The ram bar seems to fly off if I hit anything with it... is there something I can change in vehicles.meta to fix that, or does something need to be changed in the model? There are no rear turn signals, and the brake lights show up as white instead of red. Can that be fixed? Would be nice to have lights on the side mirrors as a component too. This is great, and I'm excited to see all the skins that come out for it. Nice work!
  11. Chevy Suburban skins for USFS and NPS are both included in the latest update. Enjoy!
  12. There are detailed instructions in the Raptor folder of the download explaining how to add it as a second vehicle, and detailed instructions in the Explorer folder for how to replace the default Ranger with it. If you get stuck leave a comment and I'll see if I can help, but I tried to make the readme files as clear as possible.
  13. Thanks! I put a link in the description. I've also updated the mod with 3 new textures, including 2 textures for the Ford Raptor model.

This is a 4k USFS Law Enforcement Ranger skin for the Sheriff Ford Raptor model. It is based on the general design of US Forest Service ranger trucks. UPDATE: This skin is now included with my 4k US Park Ranger and US Forest Ranger skins pack. In one download you can get both US Park Ranger and US Forest Service skins for the Ford Raptor, Police Interceptor Utility/Explorer, and Chevy Suburban.

This is a Park Ranger skin for the nice LAPD Ford Explorer model. It is modeled after US National Park Service explorers and tahoes. In a lot of LSPDFR videos where people play as the ranger, they often say "well this is a bit silly, being in a pursuit as a ranger". US Park Rangers are actually sworn federal law enforcement officers, with jurisdiction over any crimes occurring in a national park, and any suspect who enters a national park, even if they later leave the park boundaries. They have full police powers to arrest people, conduct traffic enforcement, and perform criminal investigations. So, install this skin, and don't feel bad chasing down criminals anywhere they might go once they set foot in your park! UPDATE 1: I have created a US Forest Service Law Enforcement Ranger skin for the F150 raptor, available here. UPDATE 2: Forest Service and Park Service skins are now available for both the F150 Raptor and the Explorer/Interceptor Utility in one download! UPDATE 3: Forest Service and Park Service skins now available for the Chevy Suburban model! UPDATE 4: The brand-new 2016 US Park Ranger liveries are here! To keep things organized, the 2016 skins are in a separate download: Also, check out the following YouTube videos showcasing these textures: Jeff Favignano, GTA 5 LSPDFR SP #83 - Liberated Park Ranger [US Park Ranger Explorer] iTzKevinFTW, US Park Ranger skin for Ford Explorer - REVIEW - GTA 5 [US Park Ranger Explorer] iTzKevinFTW, Ranger, State Police, & Sheriff chase reckless truckdriver - LSPDFR - GTA 5 [US Park Ranger Explorer] Jordan Devlin, LSPDFR v0.2b [French, US Forest Service Raptor] SteveTheGamer55, GTA 5 LSPDFR EPiSODE 106 - PARK RANGER PATROL [US Park Ranger Raptor]
