  1. I'd like to see even the tiniest shred of evidence to support this. Callout Manager doesn't even run unless you open the menu to invoke a callout. It's an extremely simple mod. People make up crazy conspiracies about mods suddenly being "bad for performance" or "outdated" with literally no justification. People who know nothing about development assume because something hasn't been updated recently that it's somehow flawed, when in fact many older simpler mods work totally fine.
  2. Callout Manager still works just fine.
  3. You need to install the version of ParksTools.dll that came with the download. Just copy it over into your GTA folder. If you have any further issues, please post in the Coastal Callouts support thread:
  4. This was an issue with an update to the site, which has since been fixed. See:
  5. The "Download with Mod Manager" button has gone missing on the download page. I think it was there previously even after the redesign. @Cyan any idea what's up with that?
  6. The Paleto Bay map only loads when you're on duty and the plugin is running. The vehicle spawns don't work properly at the Paleto station, but should appear at the other locations. They may not always show up 100% of the time, especially if you teleport to the location. Drive up from a little ways away and most of them should spawn most of the time.
  7. Yes, Wilderness Callouts still works on the latest version of LSPDFR, and you can use the features of Coastal Callouts to respond to them. I am working on some more land based SAR callouts but they're not finished yet.
  8. Police Tape does have an API, feel free to reach out if you'd like to discuss.
  9. You need to install the EUP law enforcement and rescue packs.
  10. Please fill out the support template from the first page of this thread. You likely forgot to install one of the requirements like the Heap Adjuster or Gameconfig.
  11. There is an option in the Police Tape menu to Remove Tape.
  12. If you need support, post in the support thread please.
  13. For those of you experiencing performance issues, how many collector waypoints do you have? Are you unchecking "collector" after the 1st waypoint?
  14. There isn't anything like that built into the mod, but I am working on editing the barricade models themselves to they will flash. Still experimenting with some different options but it's coming along nicely! https://i.imgur.com/9KDg1j6.gifv
Scene Manager is the ultimate mod for controlling unruly NPC drivers in this game! It's great for everything from simply stopping or directing traffic around a small scene, to creating complex and dynamic traffic control scenarios. I have been beta testing the latest version for several months, and Rich has put a ton of work into making it stable, flexible, and easy to use. I'm very excited for everyone to get a chance to use it! Some fun things to try out: Set up a two-way flagging operation with two paths going opposite directions. Set a stop waypoint at the beginning of each path, then manually dismiss drivers to let them drive through the scene or use the edit menu to change one of the stop waypoints to drive and then swap. Capture nearby drivers and direct them onto a race track, then make them drive in circles at high speed! Set up a vehicle inspection station, toll booth, or check point by making one path with a stop waypoint. Add a second path to manually direct a stopped vehicle to for secondary inspection, or dismiss the vehicle from the waypoint to let them continue on. Scene Manager makes almost anything possible when it comes to setting up traffic control. The slick barricade spawner mode also makes it easy to configure your scene just how you want it.
  15. With the new version of the site I can configure a Disord account for SSO which is nice. However in the configuration page there are a couple confusing things: It says "To claim your Discord roles, join the Discord server", but as far as I know there is no official lcpdfr discord server, and there's no info on how to join it. Some padding would be nice on this element, it looks weird with the buttons right up against the background
  16. "quick thing" 😂 There's a reason it's set up as an LML package, and that's because it's too complex to be installed via a DLC. A manual install of a mod of this complexity is no "quick thing". The package has to modify a lot of base game files, which can be done non-invasively with LML, vs. requiring a lot of manual and difficult to reverse edits for a regular install. If you want just the absolute requirements for the mod to maybe not crash, you would need to install all of the props. You will be missing out on a lot of the functionality without the vehicles, so I'd recommend installing those as well. However note this is unsupported, and I am unable to provide any support for alternate installation methods you may decide to pursue.
  17. Try setting your Plugin Timeout in the RPH settings to 60000. Press the gear icon when RagePluginHook first launches to access the settings.
  18. Any plugin that worked on 0.4.7 should work on 0.4.8. If you're having issues with 0.4.8, you should report them accordingly.
  19. You may want to try posting in the LML Support forum and include a screenshot: https://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/forum/925-lml-user-support/ You can also manually download the LML package to your computer, unzip it, then copy the folder into the "LML" folder inside your main GTA directory.
  20. You need to install both EUP and EUP Serve & Rescue addon.
  21. It looks like the crash may actually be happening in Grammar Police. Can you check if the issue goes away if you temporarily remove Grammar Police from your Plugins/LSPDFR folder?
  22. This is a known issue. To fit the tape to whatever custom position you place it in, a prop is resized dynamically in memory at runtime. The script is not running when you load R* editor, and R* editor only records the world position of the prop, not the in-memory scaling.
