Change to LSPDFR version field on file uploads
I noticed 0.4.9 is an option... despite there being no 0.4.9 build, even for the testing/insiders group. Is that intentional?

LSPDFR 0.4.8 - Now available!
That doesn't address whatsoever the question of why they won't load if you're on a newer version of LSPDFR than they were built against - especially a newer minor version such as 0.4.7 -> 0.4.8. It would be trivially easy to have the version checker display a warning that the version hasn't been tested and isn't guaranteed to work, but still allow the mod to load with a warning. Any excuses about it generating excessive support requests are clearly misguided when you look at the sheer volume of complaints and support requests generated by the version lock itself. I offered to Bejoljo an example of how I check versions of dependencies for my mods to provide warnings without locking people out, and he thanked me by banning me from his discord server for the audacity to suggest a simple solution to his self-imposed issue.

LSPDFR 0.4.8 - Now available!
Remove/disable all plugins/callouts. Simple way is to rename the plugins/lspdfr folder to something like plugins/lspdfr-backup Disable any vehicle mods you have installed. Move/rename the mods folder and the lml folder. Start the game normally without RPH to make sure your game is actually working properly aside from any plugins. If so, great, you can then restart it with RPH. Start up the game and see if you can load into LSPDFR. If so, great - the problem isn't LSPDFR, it's one of your LSPDFR plugins or it's a vehicle you installed causing issues. If you still can't, post your log to the support forum so someone can actually see what might be causing your issues.

Police Tape
Next version will be much more efficient and should not cause as much performance impact. Sounds like you didn't install the LML package properly. I don't currently have controller button options to open the menu, but this is something I can look into for the next update.

It looks like you have not installed the heap limit adjuster. It is linked in the readme, and is a required step of the install.

Outdated Mods suggestion.
Most plugins don't need to be updated for every minor LSPDFR version. Some plugins originally developed for LSPDFR 0.3 still work fine on 0.4.7 even! So no, automatically listing something as outdated because it's selected an older API version doesn't make sense. But, it would make sense that if it's marked as using the latest version then it would not display the warning.

Outdated Mods suggestion.
If something like this is implemented, it should send a notification to the mod creator and give them at least 48 hours to respond before putting up a big banner saying "this mod is outdated". Frankly, a lot of users are idiots, and will say "your mod is outdated and needs to be fixed!" when in fact the user has merely installed it incorrectly or has other issues with their game. If the file is updated after the notice is posted, then the notice should be removed, as that would indicate the mod has been updated.

Crash - Beached Whale callout
In the future, post in the correct support thread so I'll actually see your post. Likely you have a bad model installed, which is getting spawned by that callout. Check that the lguard, pranger, and cgtruck models spawn OK. If it keeps happening, upload your RagePluginHook.log file here immediately after the crash.

Go back through the installation process and check that each thing has been installed. I'm guessing you need to update the gameconfig and make sure the heap adjuster is installed.

OK you haven't actually installed LSPDFR. Download and install it from here: After you install LSPDFR, you will need to go on duty, create a character, etc. Then you'll be able to start playing Coastal Callouts (which is an addon to LSPDFR).

It looks like you're not getting LSPDFR loaded correctly. Have you loaded LSPDFR before? Did you install LSPDFR itself before installing Coastal Callouts? Please show a screenshot of your Plugins folder, and a screenshot of what you're typing in the F4 console to load the plugin.

I just uploaded a small change to the FiveM package where I had accidentally included the wrong handling.meta file. No other changes.

Mod upload is unbearably slow
I'm still having this issue. It's slightly better - uploading at about 5 Mbps now - but still unbearable for a 500 MB upload. It would also be nice if the upload/update page prompted you with a confirmation dialog when closing the tab. I've wasted hours of slow upload time by accidentally closing a tab that was slowly uploading a massive file.

Dynamic Lighting System
This is the mod we've been waiting for! Finally a full-featured alternative to ELS for non-ELS/carcols vehicles. I've been very impressed with the rapid development of DLS and the features it offers: Simple and functional siren (audio) control, with ELS-equivalent keybindings The script doesn't have to be running for vehicles to work, if it's unloaded their default carcols lighting still works fine Very low performance impact - by not having to toggle every extra on/off constantly, it has excellent performance Full customizability - rather than a preset list of patterns, you can develop any pattern you want in carcols and load it up The initial release is a great start, and the planned future features will bring even more to this mod. Well done!
