It probably won't *formally* affect our constitutional rights (in terms of law changes), but that doesn't mean it won't result in government generally caring less about those rights. So the effect of this is still a valid concern. That said, I can't see how dashcam footage would possibly impact that debate. Footage of some of the house searches, that's absolutely important. But I don't think anyone is particularly challenging police conduct during the shootout, and that's really what dashcams are for.

Police dashcam footage is not public by default. You have no right to see it. If the guy's family wanted to see it, that'd be one thing, but I see no reason why this guy's death should be publicly posted. Again, this situation is not entertainment; 5 real people are actually dead.

...how did you get GTA on there, then? Also, I'm pretty sure LCPDFR can have issues if you don't run the game as an administrator. If you have administrator access on the school computer, you should be able to disable the security policies and run the installer. Also, you should really be doing schoolwork in school, not playing GTA.
