A skin file for a CVPI can be used on any CVPI. That's why it's not released as a wtd: wtds are EXTREMELY model-specific, which is fine for civilian cars (for which there is no interesting paintjob normally). For police cars, the texture is much more important; using .pngs lets you mix and match. Replace police_sign_n, where n is a number from 1 to 4. If you enable car liveries, it will randomly choose one of those 4 textures whenever it spawns. If you don't, it will just choose police_sign_1.

You're right; the pants are far too light for NCHP. I don't see any state agencies with that color shirt and pants that don't have shoulder straps of a different color than the shirt.

See how much better the peds make it? Now, if they were doing stuff, it'd be even better, but that gets really time-consuming really fast. -

That's...a lot of rescue workers. Does the FDLC really need ESU support and a fire chief? -
I'd agree on the peds. Firefighters, some EMTs, and definitely police officers. -

I'm not sure if this can possibly work with the IV physics system. I don't think cars have a "lip" it can latch on to ingame, nor do I think you could easily make it have a "hook".

The "G" key serves double duty, as the horn or the siren key. If you don't have ELS, all you have to do to use the horn is hold down "G". You don't "turn it on"; it acts like any other car's horn (staying on only while G is down). If you have ELS, then it's more complicated. I'll explain more if you actually have ELS.
