Is it an ELS car? if yes, did you install the .xml into Pack_default?

You can change it in the PoliceRadio. M -> Police Radio -> Available for Calls I misread. That should be PoliceToolbox | Patrol Toolkot, If I am not mistaken.

Update LSPDFR 0.46 / RagePluginHook to version 1.74. (Last is more important)

Can you show me your GTA V folder? You can also try installing a 100% savegame. Make sure mods is still _mods and the verify downloaded the files fine.

Send a log and we can maybe see what's causing the issue.

With the add-on cars: did you install a costum gameconfig, heap and limit adjuster? If no, you need them for Add-ons to work & not crash your game. Also, try renaming mods to _mods. See if that fixes it.

Can you show us dlclist.xml and the LSPDFR configs you installed?

It still says Code 3 Callouts. Please send the RagePluginHook.log located in your GTA V folder, not /logs.

You are trying to install a .rar file in OpenIv. That won't work. Open the .zip and see if it has a .oiv file. If so, put it on your Desktop and install it via the PackageInstaller in OpenIV.

You have enableCounterMeasuresAgainstOnlineVehicleRemoval checked in commandline.txt. Remove it, save & close.

Yeah, same. But LML has a policy you need to accept and that won't let you load LSPD:FR on startup. You can change it next time.

Not until the freeze warning appears. I had the same thing after installing LML. It's a one time-run to accept the license.

Make sure you don't load LSPD:FR on startup in the RagePluginHook settings. Once you've done that, load ingame and load LSPD:FR via the console. LML will give you a prompt to accept licenses. READ THEM CAREFULLY! They are bascially collecting your private data!
