Please update RagePluginHook to version 1.74.

Go into the Rage Settings -> Game Settings -> Command Line Switches. Look for "Force Windowed mode." Check it. Then, reinstall DirectX & restart your Computer after. If you use some kind of visual mod, delete it. Rename mods to _mods to disable most of it. Also, remove your GPU driver (nVidia or Radeon) and do a clean reinstall. That usually works.

Do you mean this: It works with Traffic Policer.

You have to put them in the latest Patchday, which is currently Patchday22ng, located in dlcpacks. x64e / x64a all don't work anymore, since the latest Patchday overwrites them.

Please send your RagePluginHook.log, located in your GTA V folder.

Once it's back up, please send dlclist.xml and the asiloader.log.

R* Launcher will tell you you have corrupted files & it spares you alot of trouble.

ELS loads fine in your log. Make sure you have the .xml in pack_default, then let us know. Do you press CTRl+P for it to show up?

Did you install any cars with the ModManager?

Removr CopperCallouts.

Didn't I tell you to rename mods to _mods? Keep it that way, please. Remove OpenInteriors.

Disable Scroll Lock. It's the key next to Print-Screen / F12. Other than that, send asiloader.log and make sure you installed the .xml's for the cars into GTAV/ELS/Pack_default.

Can you send your RagePluginHook.log?

Change the plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000 in the RagePluginHook.ini file and disable Main.PreloadAllModel in GTAV/LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini.

In conclusion: The latest Patchday / MODDING DLC always overwrites older ones.

That's not true. The latest Patchday overwrites older Patchdays, that includes the x64x.rpf archives. If you have issues, then you probably didn't have PD22ng in your dlclist.xml. But replace vehicles always work in PD22ng. And in my years of support I never had it any other way.

Make sure "Police ignore Player" isn't ticked. Also, I recommend Simple Trainer over Native Trainer.
