I don't really get your issue here. You just send a preset .xml file. What is your issue exactly?

LSPD:FR drops the frames a lot. So expect around 60, if you're only running LSPD:FR vanilla. Albo's mods hit performance the most. Add-on vehicles and replace vehicles only do if they are high-poly and even then, you'd only notice it when they spawn closeby.

It also seems to be on the pants. From what I can tell you are playing on low graphics. If what @UnknownBastion said doesn't work; do you have a mods folder by any chance?

Those are still not correct. Please send the file in your GTA V folder.

Add this to your LSPDFR.ini located in GTAV/LSPDFR: Ambient.DisablePlayerHolsteringActions = false

Go into the Rage Settings -> Game Settings -> Command Line Switches. Look for "Force Windowed mode." Check it. Change the plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000 in the RagePluginHook.ini file and disable Main.PreloadAllModel in GTAV/LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini.

You don't need SHV for this. Did you setup your mods folder correctly? Did you copy the update folder into it?

Try reinstalling LSPD:FR manual.

Those are all not the correct logs. Please send the one from your GTA V folder, not /Logs.

Yeah, you need to update your game. If you don't have the option to update your game, please delete GTA5.exe and verify your game files. For the Retail version of GTA V: Open the Rockstar Games launcher -> Locate "Settings" in the top right corner -> Select under "My Installed Games" Grand Theft Auto 5 -> Select Verify Integrity. For the Steam version of GTA V: Right click Grand Theft Auto V in Steam -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify Integrity Of Game Cache

L.S Noire does not belong in /Plugins, it belongs to /Plugins/LSPDFR. Also, rename the LSPDFR folder in /Plugins to _LSPDFR and try again.

Yeah, RageNativeUI does not belong in /plugins. It belongs into your GTA V folder. Also, reinstall LSPDFR 0.46 manual.

You can't just put all of your old things back in. Do them step by step and you'll see which one caused the issue.

Do you have an ELS folder? If so, rename that to _ELS.
