  1. Didn't you say you only had PoliceSmartRadio in? I see a bunch of other plugins in it as well. You could try updating Albo.Common, a bunch of other people had that issue.
  2. Hey! I'm pretty sure we fixed this on the RPH Discord. 🙂
  3. Do you use any of Albo's mods by any chance?
  4. Press F4 -> LoadPlugin LSPD First Response.dll ; Hold SHIFT when Rage loads up to enter Rage settings -> Plugins tab -> Load these plugins on startup -> LSPDFR That's how you load LSPD:FR. Once that is done, either walk to a Badge on the map, use the command GoToPD in the F4 console, or ForceDuty in the console.
  5. I answered you in your own topic, please check there. 🙂
  6. You have to update .NET 4.6.2 to .NET 4.7.2.
  7. Change the plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000 in the RagePluginHook.ini file and disable Main.PreloadAllModel in GTAV/LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini. Also, rename the LSPDFR folder in /Plugins to _LSPDFR.
  8. Update LSPD:FR to 0.46. I recommend using the manual install, not the setup.exe.
  9. First of all, clean out commandline.txt. Delete everything in it, then save & close. Rename the LSPDFR folder in /Plugins to _LSPDFR and reinstall LSPD:FR 0.46 manual.
  10. Then you also need 0.3 peds, not the 0.4 ones.
  11. A log won't do any good here. Make sure you can launch GTA without RPH just fine. If it does, wait until the sirens come on and then start RPH. if it throws a Bad Antivirus error, show us your path & Antivirus exclusions.
  12. Do you have ScripthookV installed? And did you install the .xml's for the ELS cars to Pack_default?
  13. First I'd check where Steam thinks GTA is located. Right click GTA V in Steam -> Properties -> Local Files; see what options you have here. Then, if "Open game folder" isn't available, check regedit. Open regedit with Windows key + R -> type: regedit and press enter -> Locate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> Wow6432Node -> Rockstar Games -> Grand Theft Auto V Then, double click InstallFolder and send a screenshot. Then check where you have GTA V installed. Do the paths match? if yes, just let Steam download, it should relocate the files. If not, make sure they do. Move the GTA V folder to the destination.
  14. That's usually a mods folder issue. Did you replace anything in it?
  15. You can't. Most plugins still work fine on 0.46, they just throw a little warning, but work fine.
  16. No, except the entire GTAV folder. Also make sure the file isn't blocked by Windows.
  17. Also make sure they are both in the same spot. If they are in different paths, you have to move them to the same one. If it's Steam, do it via the Steam Local FIles; changing the registry won't work.
  18. Do you have ELS by any chance? Also, can you send a screenshot of your GTA V folder?
  19. Installed cars, hm. Were they add-on vehicles? Did you change any .meta files?
  20. OpenIV -> Edit mode- > Green banner.
  21. Since the latest LSPDFR comes with the latest RagePluginHook, this doesn't make much sense. I recommend rename the LSPDFR folder in /Plugins to _LSPDFR.
  22. It's your Vocal Dispatch Speech Handler. You either have to set your language up right or calibrate the Speech Recognition.
  23. Remove AsiSupport and use the update ScripthookV version.
