Does it still crash with _mods?

Delete GTA5.exe, located in your GTA V folder, and verify your game files after. For the Retail version of GTA V: Open the Rockstar Games launcher -> Locate "Settings" in the top right corner -> Select under "My Installed Games" Grand Theft Auto 5 -> Select Verify Integrity. For the Steam version of GTA V: Right click Grand Theft Auto V in Steam -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify Integrity Of Game Cache

You have to update .NET 4.6.2 to .NET 4.7.2.

Update LSPD:FR Use manual, not the setup.exe.

Please send your RagePluginHook.log.

Disable Traffic Control in the ELS.ini. Set it to false.

If it's ELS, make sure you disable TrafficControl.

Copy the update folder into your mods folder and see if that crashes. If it doesn't, enjoy installing your things again!

That log is from the 28th, which logs LSPD:FR version 0.4.4. Which means you'd have to update your LSPD:FR.

Rename your mods folder to _mods and create a new mods folder, left empty. See if you run into the same issue.

Since you don't know what's causing the issue, I guess time to redo your mods folder.

Try launching it again.

You need to send your RagePluginHook.log. You can find it in your GTAV folder, not the /logs folder. It is not the Crashreport file and does not have a date at the end.

My first post literally tells you what to do and how to fix your issue. If you ignore it, that's on you.

Usually because the only things blocking RPH are permissions or your Antivirus. If you are sure you have you Antivirus deleted and Windows Defender has its exceptions / exclusions done, it has to be a registry / permission issue.

Yes, at least in that log you sent. If you run into more issues, please send another RagePluginHook.log.

Add your GTAV folder to your Antivirus exceptions, like said in your other forum topic.

If it only shows a loading cursor, add your GTA V folder to your Antivirus exceptions.

Make sure you have EUP + EUP LSPDFR Configs installed. You can then choose your SWAT officer in the Locker room or with F11.

Did you update your mods folder in OpenIV yet?

Does the entire game crash or just LSPD:FR? From your logs it seems like you entire game says goodbye. If that's the case, do you have a mods folder? If yes, rename it to_mods.

1. Open commandline.txt (located in your GTA V folder) and delete everything in it. Save & close. 2. Rename mods to _mods 3. Reinstall LSPD:FR manual.

Did you install the LSPDFR EUP Configs?
