Make sure you to either use a vehicles / handling.meta that came with the car or set the HandlingID in the vehicles.meta to baller2. (If it's an SUV)

Go into the Rage Settings -> Game Settings -> Command Line Switches. Look for "Force Windowed mode." Check it. Then, reinstall DirectX & restart your Computer after. If you use some kind of visual mod, delete it. Also, remove your GPU driver (nVidia or Radeon) and do a clean reinstall. That usually works.

It's a text file in your GTA V folder. Should be two below the RagePluginHook.exe. Just drag & drop it into here.

Do you have LSPDFR+ and StopThePed? If so, remove LSPDFR+.

Oh lord. You installed your plugins entirely wrong. A bunch of requirements for LSPD:FR and RPH, as well. Go to /Plugins and put Gwen.dll; Gwen.UnitTest.dll; LMS.PortableExecutable.dll; Microsoft.Expression.Drawing.dll; Mono.Cecil.dll; Mono.Cecil.Mdb.dll; Mono.Cecil.pbd.dll; Mono,Ceciol.Rocks.dll; RageNativeUI.dll; RagePluginHook.exe; SlimDX.dll; all into your GTA V folder.

Open commandline.txt and delete everything in it. Save & close.

Don't open it with OpenIV. Just locate the file in your GTA V folder and open it with notepad. Then add: WorldEvents.MaxNumberOfEvents = 0 AmbientSpawn.SpawnFrequency = 500000 AmbientSpawn.MaxCopsInArea = 0

There are not supposed to be Police Vehicles in there. If you are trying to install replace vehicles (Police slots or not) and they are not .OIV packages, you have to put them in the latest Patchday. Which is 22ng.

Can you show me your GTA v folder?

Rename mod to _mods and scripts to _scripts. Remove your FOV mod, as well. Anything ENB / graphic mods related. Then, open commandline.txt and make sure it's empty. If it's not, delete everything in it. Then type -windowed and save & close.
