  1. And that's why this is the section you should be putting suggestions in. I cannot respond to a review properly as a review isn't designed for that - it is for giving feedback on the file itself, not for handing out suggestions. I can't reply properly to a review. If the point made in your video is a basic installation issue, please type it again clearly as in that case it seems I'm totally missing your video's point. No need to chuck in attitude to me, thanks. I don't really care about the number of 'stars' you gave this. I deal with people respectfully and expect the same in return. What I'm saying is if you're going to edit your registry and do a ton of other things like you do in your video, you should know what you're doing and already have a working installation. This tool is designed to help complete newcomers with no idea of what they're actually doing to get to the point of having a working installation, not to fix problems caused by doing advanced stuff and messing up.
  2. Check out my video series on how to do this.
  3. I can second this. About the post limit thing; I think it's definitely a good idea, but seeing as it applies to everything from PMs to download page comments, I would really appreciate it being removed if a user gets above a certain reputation, for instance. I tend to wake up to 10+ notifications and various PMs per day and having to wait every time before replying does get annoying sometimes (especially as the time limit resets if you try to post when you can't).
  4. I don't really see the problem? You can just add a Functions.PlayScannerAudio(youraudiofile) in the OnBeforeCalloutDisplayed override.
  5. Still, though, it should only mail once per update. I updated Traffic Policer & Arrest Manager once on Sunday so it's weird that he's receiving over 20 emails about this one update. Perhaps something you can look into?
  6. In that case you can just skip the automatic repair of that error
  7. No idea. I don't deal with that kind of thing. You should post in the forums probably.
  8. Yea, but if you're not seeing them like where you set them to spawn, that's why. You can enable the vehicle blip to see where they are at all times on the map.
  9. Not sure why you're making your Common assembly a RAGE plugin as it shouldn't have any standalone functionality. Just drop it in the main directory and reference it from your other assemblies. You don't need an entrypoint.
  10. 11000 for your patrol area size seems a bit large. Perhaps the car is simply gone before you get to it as you'll likely always be in the patrol area.
  11. There is no conflict. Safer Chases is just very CPU heavy by itself. You can change its settings to lower its usage I think.
  12. Just downloaded it myself, no issues unpacking. Are you on the latest winrar? It's probably a site issue though (happens often).
  13. Road Wars Music on the videos...Nostalgia Good to see a release, will try later!
  14. Archive is working fine. Might be a problem with the site download system. Try again later and use a different extracting software. And that's Arrest Manager. Ctrl H by default.
  15. Well, I've found a very sneaky, small logical overflow error - I'm not sure if this is the cause of the lag issues and I definitely find it weird that not everybody's experiencing issues with this overflow error, but the fix will be in the next update. Either way, it should definitely help mitigate lag!
  16. if (Functions.IsCalloutRunning()) { //a call is running} Go explore the API
  17. Really appreciate all you guys trying to find it out, thanks Let's get the cause identified.
  18. Just open them with OpenIV and a window will pop up where you can play the sounds. EDIT: If you meant how to play them from code, don't think this is possible (yet). Hence why LSPDFR has extracted a few of them for base use.
  19. -0.5.0.0 (06-04-16 17:17 CEST): Added support for multiple liveries - customisable from the INI file. Added some further clarification to the INI file. Updated for RPH 0.37+. Remember, code starts counting at 0, so to get livery 3 from OpenIV you'll need to set it to 3-1= 2 in the INI file. A log would help, but I doubt it's this plugin.
  20. I'll implement this into Arrest Manager
  21. You need to install other callouts to get them. LSPDFR's built in callouts are all very low frequency by default. Nothing I can do about that.
