CARS
You can always use Dodge Chargers if you want something similar in weight and handling to the CVPI, and Chevy Tahoe's for SUV's.

Need help buying/building or upgrading a computer?
It can run it, yeah. Probably medium settings.

M&M CAR
Good for parades I guess. lol

lcpd tahoe black and white
Very good except for the horribly grainy unit number on top of the truck. Can you please fix that and make it nice and neat like the rest of the skin?

lcpdfr mods
.95 is far more feature rich. I'd never downgrade at this point. The only things I miss are the system of putting the AI perp in the back of the car, or that you'd cuff them on the ground as opposed to standing up, flawed as those features might have been.

Give the cops new guns
Well a lot of things that would make sense of be fun don't gain traction on JIRA. When there's a will, there's a way. But the mod has other priorities as there's still a number of yet-to-be-fixed glitches and overhauls to be made in order to make the mod as it exists well polished. I think the default police weaponry is "accurate enough". And if features such as AI conducted traffic stops or spike strip deployments are to ever be implemented, we need to push minor things like that onto the back burner, if you guys see where I'm coming from.

Trailblazer handling line?
Haven't had that issue on my daily drive. lol Or at high speeds, but I've only driven 90 in it once while rushing an animal to the vet hospital around 11pm. I like the truck, overall. Even the V6 version has 300hp. I saw some car careen down a 35mph road doing about 55, passing a car over the double yellow lines on the left. I punched the gas to catch up to him to try and get a description of the car and it picked up momentum pretty well, but I didn't break the law by passing the car he did, so I ended up losing him. I can tell by the tail lights it was either a Lexus or a BMW, but I can't tell what color or anything like that. Oh well. Hope he crashed into a tree somewhere and wrecked his stupid little upper-middle class sedan.

GTAV shuts off after 10 minutes of games
ELS 5 may reduce crashes, it's different for everyone. It helped mine to be less frequent, and the AI cars are a lot more cooperative with using their lights, too.

Trailblazer handling line?
Not at all like the real truck. I drive a Trailblazer. The suspension in GTA IV is too stiff and it turns better than the Trailblazer does in real life. By comparison, the Patriot handling will make the model freak out, and the suspension is too bouncy. A Trailblazer isn't as heavy as a Tahoe, Suburban or Hummer.

Ever wonder what happened to the Power Rangers?
The yellow ranger died years ago. And the green ranger is an MMA fighter. He's going to a comic convention soon where wrestler CM Punk will be present. Fight, fight, fight! Anyway, the Japanese version changes every couple of seasons, so the American one follows in its foosteps. The Mighty Morphin' series is definitely my favorite though.

Apple Products
I have this (Droid RAZR): And love it for the most part. Before that I had a crappy Samsung Intercept, a watered down Galaxy on Virgin Mobile. That phone was horrible. Android is a good operating system. That being said, if you take a look at the facts, both iOS and Android have some certain strengths about themselves that their opponents don't have. I'll put it to you as simple as I can, by telling you about my first experience buying a "big boy" smart phone in January 2012. I was tired of my Intercept constantly crashing and giving me issues due to low amounts of memory available, and a slow processor. So I finally decided to bite the bullet and go for a contract plan to get better hardware, and boy did it pay off. I walked into a local Best Buy Mobile (or Carphone Warehouse for you UK residents) store after doing some meticulous research about which phones were the most powerful, durable and convenient. I was torn between the iPhone 4S and the Droid Bionic. It was a tough decision as the iPhone had a lot of features about it that made it unique. The biggest ones would definitely have to be Siri, AirPlay mirroring via AppleTV, an extremely stable OS and the biggest digital content library for apps, music, movies and TV shows around. That being said, the Android phone happened to be technically faster, had a bigger screen, was more durable, had expandable memory, ran a very flexible and customize-able OS, had a better camera, supported Adobe Flash at the time and most importantly had massively faster internet speeds due to 4G LTE support. I then found out I could price match the Droid RAZR against Verizon's store, and decided on that one for myself instead, as it was 200mhz faster, and was thinner and even more durable, with a spill-guard, kevlar backing and Gorilla Glass screen, and again had 4G LTE internet capability which were features the iPhone 4S could not match. Looking back on it, I'm happy I made the decision I did. The phone made more sense for how I use it day to day. If I owned more Apple products like Apple TV, or a Macbook and used apps more aggressively, and didn't risk beating up my phone all the time since I carry it in a holster on my belt most of the time, I might have gone with the 4S. I was also bothered by the fact that several of the Android based phones were faster than the 4S. But that seems to be the case. Apples yearly releases merely catch up to Androids that were released 6 months or so earlier, and are constantly getting one-upped soon after release. A few cases in point being the Samsung Galaxy S3, LG Optimus or the Motorola Droid RAZR M / RAZR HD. Apple devices pair up together real nicely, and are a bit more stable (primarily because iOS was based off of a pre-existing Unix OS Apple used for their PC's), and most importantly have way more things you can do with them. But they don't offer as much variety, and are usually a bit behind the curve hardware wise. Such is the burden of only having one vendor for their products; themselves. That being said, it does guarantee a consistent level of quality, and a consistently good user experience. You are effectively taking your chances by buying an HTC vs. a Motorola vs. a Samsung or whatever each year, as the levels of quality fluctuate all the time. I think there's a place in the world for both phones. Had the iPhone 5 been out when I picked out my phone, and the performance and durability had been closer, I would have probably gone with the iPhone. But that wasn't the case, so I didn't. I think Apple is a good company when it comes to design and quality, but I dislike their business practices, and for someone who demands cutting edge performance, Apple doesn't cut it for me in any market so far. I'm just missing out on some cool apps I wish I had, and I'd have to get Android 4.2 in order to get all the software features the iPhone 4S and 5 currently have. 4.1 will provide a Siri replacement without downloading a 3rd party app, which Motorola says I will get an upgrade to before 2012 ends, but only in 4.2 will I get an equivalent of AirPlay. Such a shame there has to be so many little differences.

Need help buying/building or upgrading a computer?
Yes, it's the graphics card. And no, I wouldn't advise bumping down the processor any further, as having any AMD processor is already putting you behind the curve as it is. Just deal with being on middle settings and putting a couple of sliders on high. It's not a big deal. Also, scroll down on the page lilmar gave you, it lists the video card as a 6770. And also, no lilmar, that won't max it either.

General question
1.) No 2.) The latest is already out. 3.) No. Have fun.

Trailblazer handling line?
I had a 3rd party Trailblazer some dude posted on a Russian GTA IV forum. It used the Bobcat handling & suspension.

Need help buying/building or upgrading a computer?
Decent, you just won't be able to go to high settings.

Acer 5560G APU/GPU drivers
The APU shouldn't need drivers, as it's built onto the CPU die. That's why it's called an APU instead of a CPU, it's an accelerated processing unit.

RPC3
Yeah I'd avoid using that if I were you. That's a moderator/administrator calling card.

That being said, unless anyone else has something that would be a meaningful contribution to the subject matter of U.S. President Barack Obama, then I think this thread's all set. lol

RC3
It's their desire to have it ready before the years out. That doesn't mean it will happen necessarily. They're currently working on other projects aside from LCPD:FR so the release has been delayed a bit further than originally anticipated. But that's life for you. Always giving you more workload with no advanced warning. That being said, going from RC2 to RC3 doesn't change the way the game works, like going from .91 to .95 did. Just a few new things to play with and some stability enhancements. Polishing is important.

GTAIV Steam Sale!!!
No, it's a bit tougher, actually.

LCPDFR crashing occasionally
You're not supposed to be doing vigilante missions with LCPD:FR, you're supposed to go on the calls the mod gives you. The AI police in the game can conflict with the commands the LCPDFR scripts are giving them. As an example, if you drive onto the air strip at Francis International airport, you'll see your wanted level constantly flash off an on. LCPDFR has to manually wipe your wanted level several times per second. And even though it keeps you from getting shot, multiple police cars and noose vehicles will show up looking for trouble at the air strip. So more or less; GTA IV gameplay and LCPD:FR don't mix. Treat LCPD:FR as a separate game, and do not run any GTA IV missions while playing.

Can my Comp run a ENB with GTAIV?
That should be your hint right there. So to shorten things: You technically can't even run GTA IV period since you don't meet the minimum requirements. An ENB will only make things slower. So I'd advise against it. Or get a better computer, preferably not a laptop.

Obama
And therein lies the answer; The very people who you regard their opinions to mean squat, think the same of you and yours. That's why you'll both have problems with each other. Find a few of the good ones and to hell with the rest. You don't need an opinion of random people who won't affect you. Like I said, I hate most of my own countrymen not due to where they're from, but as you said; how they're brought up, and how it influences their behavior.

Serious PC problems
It could be that if you've been overclocking your components you may not have done it right and you may be experiencing the system instability issues that go with it. Try reducing all your clock speeds (on ALL components) to stock level, and reduce your voltages too. See if any of the problems you mentioned stop once you do that.

LCPD Dash Cam Shooting
Nice video, but wrong section. We have an area called 'Media' for this. Can a mod get this moved over please?
