I posted the fix for it Go to the ingame settings and turn the setting: Ignore Suggested Limits to ON Problem solved. If its already set on ON, turn it off, reboot the game, and turn it back on

I have a model installed that has the hands float above the steering wheel, i wanted to know how you fix the hand position in the vehicles meta I know its somewhere here in the vehicles meta, but i'm not sure which line/lines to change

It wont do anything to your game. For some reason GTA V refuses to use all 8gb of ram so when you hit R*s limits it crashes the game. If you have loads of High Poly cars expect texture loss. But providing you dont go overboard with your car model it will be perfectly fine
