    There isn't a way to change the Observation Window key, however, you can change the Vehicle/Ped Search mod key to something different.

    A Los Santos County Sheriff was dispatched to an unknown trouble call this evening. When he pulled up, he saw a deceased person. He called in for a homicide unit, and their conclusion was that this lady suffered from major a GSW to her abdomen. She was later transported to the morgue by the coroner service.

    A pursuit occurred this evening between a Los Santos County Sheriff and a motorist. He was initially stopped for not wearing a helmet, and then decided to take off. The reason for the suspect running is unknown.
