Did you put his vehicles in patchday3 for the sheriff model and x64e for the unmarked? If so, try looking in patchday8, that's where I found his vehicles (both sheriff and police4) and only then my textures I wanted in game actually showed up when I replaced those models.

This is possible. All you need to do is change the "<audioNameHash>" line under the vehicle you want in the "vehicles.meta" file found in C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5. For example, I have a CHP vehicle in the "policeold1" (North Yankton SUV) slot and I have a CHP siren in the FBI siren slot. All I did is change the "audioNameHash" line to <audioNameHash>fbi</audioNameHash>. Now, the CHP siren plays in that slot, and I still have a SmartSiren for the LAPD/LASD cars I have installed. Changing the <audioNameHash> also changes the engine noise of the vehicle by the way. I hope this helped.

Right now, with the default GTA 5 lighting system, the reflections aren't going to be super realistic and far, until ELS arrives. Only then will the radius of the light reflection be increased. However, there are some mods that improve upon the stock lighting. http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/7715-improved-spotlight-and-led-lighting-new-version-8/ Make sure that your "Post FX" and "Shader Quality" in your game settings are set to "High" or above to make the lights look good.
