Now that is most certainly odd.

Do the new mods folder from scratch. At some point, you must have screwed up or there's some old mod files from a different car mod.

Don't delete anything. Move the mods folder to the Desktop or anywhere else, then remake the mods folder.

Obviously, these cars work for the authors of the vehicles, they wouldn't release a broken file, after all. If you move your current mods folder to the Desktop or somewhere else, then, make a new mods folder in the game folder and add JUST that one mod in there. Does it work if you do that?

Indeed, it is the mods folder causing this crash.

All 4 of these mods are completely irrelevant with ELS installed. Just thought you should know.

On the RPH Support server, It's worked for quite a few people so worth a shot I suppose.

RTFM of the cars, in some way, you have to be installing them incorrectly.

Make sure none of your GTA V exe's are selected to run as administrator.

This happens to some people for some reason, I can't exactly remember what causes it, so i'll just give an alternate way of getting it to work. Downloading the Open All Interiors mod off of GTA5-mods.com should open it up.
