yeah i was reading about how citations or arrests went down almost 90% in the same span last year. while it was admitted that these were not felonies it still shows that the police willfully chose not to pursue crimes. every crime, big or small, has a victim. let's hope they can get this crap settled before somebody takes advantage of the situation and goes apeshit and kills a bunch of people :P

hey guys. i was just wondering if there is a way i could completely silence an ambulance or replace its sound with something more soothing hahah. at the very least, would there be a way to limit the radius of the siren? i just installed the new sexy rumbler siren, which is just bad ass, and the ambulances are already ruining it for me :( what if i replace the ambulances with just a plain van. would that work?

hello. funny you should ask because i put them into my game just today. there are two that i know of: here is the utility DROT truck '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> here is the highway patrol '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> now from what i have read they can both be used for police1 and police2. however, after i put the DROT file in ELS and changed both slots to DROT in slot control i have found that only the truck worked in police2. i put the highway patrol in slot one and instead of the bar raising the trunk and hood open instead. from what i understand the tweak is that the bar is controlled by whatever normally controls trucks/hoods. if you can somehow get them both working correctly in either slot i would love to know how you do it. good luck :) oh and before i forget to get the highrise bars to go up you push Alt-K oh wait. i may have read your post wrong :( if you are talking about just the highrise bar being released on its own i have no idea. someone smarter than me should be by shortly to clean up my mess :D

okay thanks. i just wanted to make sure i didnt have callouts in my main folder. i probably wouldnt recognize if something wasnt working right so figured it was better to ask than not :P

i would try some of that oxy clean. i mean we've used that for years to clean the fireplace bricks and it always smells good. have you tried ammonia? that stuff is powerful :o

i am not a genius on this type of thing but i did notice that i have a download speed on the side when i am looking at a file. Mine is currently at 1101kb/s. is that a good speed? is that optimum for downloads?

yeah this is definitely true. its not the same as sitting in the same room with someone. you can't see emotion or tone of voice on facebook so its hard to gauge. my friend is funny because he acts stupid and says things funny and its not the same as checking out a post he made. bu at the same time, its great for keeping in touch with those people who you dont want to see at your house very often :P

Its either locked or the link is broken. I noticed that post was three or four years old so who knows if its still working. Maybe check out his YouTube videos and find a newer one with that car and see if he posted a new link. Hopefully you will find something suitable :D

Did you get your game working again? I hope so. I feel bad reading about people's game not working for them :(

Are you still having this problem? When your game started reloading itself after it crashed did u interrupt the process? For me, once it restores I appear in my house for a split second and then goes to the blank loading screen you described and it then starts me where the game crashed. All this happens without me pushing anything. I can't read logs but wanted to try to see if it was something more simple. Someone should be around soon to help more thoroughly :)

i was checking out your videos. nice cars and uniforms. only thing i am missing is the commentary..mostly because it makes me feel like i'm there lol. but still nice job :)

hey guys. i don't have an actual request but i have noticed that some plug-ins go in the GTA IV root plug-in folder and some go into the LCDPFR plug-in folder. what is the difference in the two destinations? and would some plug-ins work in the other folder? i don't know why i wanna know but i've been thinkin bout it for two days cuz i'm a worrier

I love reading :) the last books I read were written by bill clinton, george bush, condoleeza rice. Also read a book about Indians during civil war called Muckaluck. The funnest book I have read recently was Wicked: Story of the Wicked Witch of the West :)
